Floyd's best offense is his defense. Based on weighing the criteria above, Manny Pacquaio's offensive repertoire, is what define's an offensive fighter. Pretty much what I'm thinking, Floyd is certainly the better counter puncher,and as someone mentioned above, he more efficient. But Pacquiao can counter punch, show excellent accuracy and he can put together devastating combinations. Pac has the better offense.
