I watched all the Rocky's + boxing history was on BBC and the episode was showing Thrilla in Manilla, Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier got me into boxing :D
I get what ya mean about the footwork, especially in the Bailey fight. But he slightly ironed that out....
About people to test him, i will give him another 5-6 fights before i expect a bigger step up than what he has done so far. But 4 fights all in the space of like 4 months is really good going. (He will be fighting on December 10 - 2 days after his birthday)....
yeah it's good that hes fighting alot.
Hes going to be another naseem, trust me, this is due to frank warren, i reckon hes going to have another 25 crap opponents and then he'll meet someone good.
his footworks decent but his steps are too long and kinda tilts sometimes, can be problem when he gets up there if he dont work on it and he needs to fight someone to test him mannnnnnn :D
other than that, hes great to watch :)
LOL.
Lewis and Tszyu were proven all time great fighters.
Vitali isn't even close.
He won a vacated title over Corrie Sanders, and in Defended it once against Danny Williams. Then he sits out a year.
People don't care anymore, they just want someone who will fight.
Perfect answer, karma coming your way :boxing:
Just for the record...
It's not FACT that Ali got Parkinson's disease from boxing. In fact, there is only circumstancial evidence to support that claim.
Just thought I needed to say that.
What has he got?
is it Parkinson Sindrome (something like that)
We're opening the Ali Center here this month, so he should make it to see the celebration of his legacy begin. I know I'll make trips there all the time.
let us know what's there, I might make a trip there fromt he uk :boxing:
