Margarito vs Cotto 2 will happen because alot of people hate Margo. Antonio Margarito has inadvertingly made himself a villian in boxing whether he is innocent or guilty. i have my own views on the "Plaster Gate Scandal" but that is on another thread (my states commission is stupid to say the least). needless to say, even if you hate margarito most of us will pay to see thier rematch regardless. Plus, Papa Arum will welcome the PPV buyers like ourselves to a good CLEAN fight. Unless one of them fugs up and test hot for steroids (P.S Dont Hang out with Manny Ramirez or Mosley).

Hatton isnt even on Mayweather's level. JMM beating Floyd would cause the whole boxing community to go upside down. Manny will more than likely go up to avoid JMM and into the hands of Cotto. He's got more to lose against JMM than Cotto. If Cotto beats him then he is still good and can make more money fighting floyd. when floyd beats him then he can go to 140 and retire with money, power and respect while all of us bitch and complain here on Boxing Scene.

but last night, i was watching "Intervention" on A&E. Some episode about a bulimic/alcoholic homosexual. Anyway, I usually feel somewhat sympathetic for those people but i couldnt stop cracking up the whole episode. Watching him crack open an icy cold natty made me run over to the gas station right quick.

Our wallets are definatly on his hitlist. I dont like to watch him fight but like the majority of us, we want to see him lose...bad. so he is basically a black version of Mayorga when it comes to selling a fight. everyone hates him and will pay to see him lose which hasnt happened ( well his first fight with castillo is iffy). Only Miguel Cotto or Sugar( no additives added i hope) Mosley can phuck him up. There you go, he already has me paying for four PPV's in the future with JMM, Manny, Cotto and Mosley (probably free on HBO because he has no real drawing power, great champ though).

you do realize that this was a good and exiting fight. full of action and it was not as one sided as you guys thinkg. only 15 pro fights and taking on veteran opponents is not bad. he did give Kermit a run for his money and i would love a rematch.

That's impossible. I saw the fight when Cotto went up and hugged Margarito. They didn't touch hands, nor was Cotto's face bloody at the time since they wiped it with a towel. Margarito didn't say to him "oh you got some blood left over on your face, let me clean it off with my hand-wrap."
The only way that thing got bloody is if he cut his hand up pretty bad and it bled through, which is very possible- it happens to me sometimes when I box if I land an awkward punch and the wrap rubs against my knuckles, although my wraps aren't as good as a pro's.
true, you never know though but margarito did throw a shit load of punches. i think that the suspension was thrown in to punish the margarito camp and to cover the CSAC's incompetance. if he did get away with cheating than cotto,williams,clottey, and cintron should fire thier trainers as well. interesting that they would try to cheat in front of a paranoid ass person like richardson? well, i am not margarito so i cant answer those tought questions.

you got a good point there man. he is an inch and half smaller than floyd. with the proper preparation, he can come in at a healthy weight without any disadvantages. On the Contrary, JMM is the one with the better experience because of his wars with fighters who are not flat footed like Baldomir. I expect this fight to be more of a chess match more than anything.

well you sort of can if you live in texas or in the west coast. here in Los Angeles you can watch the fight on Azteca America Box for free. good thing is that on top of that you also have the B.A.D card on HBO as well. good weekend for boxing.
