Haye will be out of furys range most of the night and just step in throwing few combos every now and then picking him off at will. Wear him down then punch him out in the 8th, jobs a gud un.
i honestly see this as one of floyds more dangerous opponents. floyd isnt a devastating one punch guy. khan presents a style mayweather hasnt really seen. someone who is longer will athletic ability to match and mabye even more than floyd. dont get me wrong im still picking mayweather. this is a tougher fight for floyd than canelo. canelo fight goes the same way baldomir fight. that size dont mean nothing. floyd would pick alvarez apart. khan and alexander and timmy are all tougher fights for floyd than canelo. styles make fights.
As crazy as it sounds i agree, its a really good match up
This is a big step up for Haye. You can't jump from fighting the likes of Mormeck, Chisora, Enzo and Audley to somebody of Fury's ability. Haye is going to get beat bad here just like he did that one other time he fought an actual top 10 HW.
I cant take your post seriously now, i think your just trying to punk everyone.....that said, you must think this is a step down for fury then?? :alcoholic
Wow the people in these threads are so knowledgeable arnt they, yes its fact that boxers set up these fights with full intention to cancel them anyway in a JFK style conspiracy, and yes its fact that professional sportsmen do not succumb to injury as the best way to to go into training for the real thing is to wrap yourself in cotton wool and sit on your sofa all day playing ps3......in fact I'm sure haye said that's how he prepared when he unified the cruisers and won the wba heavyweight title. Thankyou for opening my eyes to the sport of boxing, the keyboard is a powerfull thing.......
I think Del Boy is a better fighter than people give him credit for. Did well against vitali, even rallied him towards the end, and only got knocked out so early against haye cos he took the fight to him and was looking for the k.o. Wilder hasnt been in with opposition any where near the quality that chisora has so its a massive step up for him, this is the fight that will tell you how good he actually is
Still cant believe i got tickets for this one. But i really do believe carl has improved over the past couple over years since his defeats in the super 6, mentally more than anything which i think will give him the edge in this. SOG still a class above them both tho
lol, you clown. Cunningham has better wins at CW than Haye and if you think The Kingpin was fat what the fuccck would you call Chisora and Ruiz when they fought Haye?
I think u will find that against fury chisora was at a stone and a half heavier than when he fought haye.
And the fact that you are still arguing that fury will beat haye based on him having fought better opposition leads me to think you have skipped your day release terms
Tear off. Tear up. Smash up = brawl. Just code for strange Brit talk. Kinda like the use of "bloody" this and "bloody" that. Saying "f*ck all" is equivalent of saying "nothing". "That guys not gonna do f*ck all" means he's not gonna do sh*t. Lord knows where they come up with this stuff.
yea us crazy old brits, you would have thought we invented the language or something?!.........
When have they said they hate talkers?
Banks is honest in what he says, he's not a liar like David Haye.
Why is he talking about wilder when he is know where near a shot? I thought you had to "earn your way to a shot" Funny how the rules change when klit sees an easy fight........
Which part is ridiculous though? take this clown below for instance.
He actually thinks David Haye's best win is Derrick Chisora coming in off about 5 straight defeats, a streak that was started by a certain fat, out of shape, alcoholic version of Tyson Fury dominating the unbeaten version of Chisora.
If that's Haye's best win then it's laughable.
Well apart from unifying the CW division then smashing the likes of john ruiz
(who has been in the ring with some of the best heavyweights around in the past 15 or so years, who had a win over holyfield) and beating the unbeaten valuev for the WBA, and your comparing that to, lets take furys best 2 wins, a struggling win over an obese kevin johnson and a nobody CW steve cunningham.
So yes my friend I stand by my comment, absolute ridiculous
I see I caused such a stirr by saying Haye v Chisora's brawl was staged. After the brawl they had arguably the biggest fight in the UK last year where I'm sure Haye,Chisora and Warren earned a tidy sum. Only Lacedup and co can't seem to comprehend this. Chisora would say 1-0 to Haye it's called marketing and selling the fight just like the cage they set-up at the news conference where it was easy to walk around, but lacedup and co probably thought it was electrocuted as well. Easily persuaded.
Staged or not it was a decent fight and the only fight that attracted any interest from the HW division that year.........problem?
No he has come out saying he was just messing about, saying 50/50 wouldnt be able to get him a caravan. The 50/50 split has been agreed for a while on both parties
Weve got Fury on record saying what he thinks hes gonna do to Haye. Usually Haye tells people what hes going to do to his opponents.
Just an observation, but haye has yet to comment on what he thinks he could do to Fury.
Does anyone find that relevant? Does haye know something we don't?
The fight hasnt been announced yet so why would he? Also when it does I dont think haye will, this is his opportunity to play the good guy and build his popularity
you could be right, but Haye used to bait Wlad and Vitali, and there was no fight announcements.
I was thinking Haye don't want Fury. Sure Haye could try play the good guy, he don't have to play the bad boy as Fury has that corner covered.
Yea he pretty much talked his way into the wlad fight didnt he. But i think Hayes whole ethos has changed now, I think popularity to him is everything, and after all his terrible PR stunts pre fights and post fights (the toe) and also the chisora thing he wasnt highly regarded by most. Now he being all nicey nicey, trying to work his way mandatory to a klit and get the public on his side.
But all that aside, i dont really see anything fury could trouble haye with. Haye is brilliant a finishing people off, if haye put fury down like cunningham did that would be fight over
foxing stance you sound like another pompous arrogant brit. if froch spray painted his face black then it would fit in with his style. again he should learn how to be a decent guy from the klit brothers
Now i know you know nothing, with you being so far up a klitchkos ass im surprised you 've seen anything of froch
I don't see it. He doesn't get hit cleanly enough. Sure mathysse can best him, IMO. But he won't knock him out. Broner rarely gets hit clean by anything not a jab.
Honestly, i dont think hes as good defensivly as people are making out, and stamina after the fourth is terrible. Put him in with someone who can wear him out with heavy shots and hes there for the taking by round 8
I swear, the Ward-Froch debate is even dumber than the Floyd-Manny one. At least with Floyd-Manny, it was debateable as to who was better because we didn't have a head-to-head meeting. We KNOW Ward is better. And we KNOW that is why Froch wants to avoid another fight as long as possible. Yet his fans defend him and try and act like Ward is the one in need of redemption. Its mind boggling to me. The only thing I can think of that compares is when after B-Hop beat Tito, Roy Jones' haters hoped on the B-Hop bandwagon and acted as if Roy "needed" B-Hop to somehow prove his greatness, even though he had a clear victory over him already.
I dont think it is a debate, i think anyone of actual sound mind is aware that ward wins 9 times out of ten. And if i was ward id be jumping all over the chance to go england, get a massive payday and up my popularity a shed load....... so why wont he??
So basically frank is addmiting here that he doesnt like put his fighters in with decent fighters, for once your not talking complete s*@te frank, well done
I really dont get all this hate for haye? Hes the only interesting thing in the HW division. And saying hes cherry picked his opposition is the dumbest thing ive heard. You might not like him but you have to accept hes a great boxer, end of.
Ward doesn't need froch, but he does need to earn respect on the same scale that froch has by fighting out of his comfort zone. And people saying 'ward wasn't in his home town for the first fight anyway' is rediculos. If you fight in america and you are american, you get the home support! Same as if froch fights in Scotland and he's English, he still gets the home support!
