Hatton never beat anyone of note and is just a bum and always has been a bum.
If he's one of the top 25 greatest ever fighters of the UK, then for such a huge nation that is an utter disgrace.
This Amir beats any Hatton. Pre-prime, prime or past prime.
So true.
Khan has proven himself against the greats (when has hatton ever fought barrera the pussy) and it is only racist whites who think hatton would remotely stand a chance against him
I think he will top out at 20 defenses which is as impressive as Louis' record if not moreso.
Louis was defending against the "bum of the month club".
At one point Louis made back to back defenses against guys with 23 and 40 losses. Those kinda fights would never get sanctioned these days. Considering also that back in the day he could fight 6-7 times per year without worrying about HBO and sanctioning bodies I think 20 defenses by a modern heavyweight is actually more impressive than 25 by a guy fighting 50 years ago.
Some very good points there.
I still don't think that Wlad will make it to 20 world title defences though.
Nonsense. See:

No disrespect, but Louis was so much more powerful than a lot of these white world champions today.
No, Ali isn't "the greatest", he's top-ten though. I've watched almost all of Ali's wins and he isn't nearly as impressive as the writers made/make him sound. I think he tends to get overrated because of his political activism controversies like draft dodging and his "black power" ties to the racist Malcolm X.
He did beat some truly great fighters and so he's has to be one of the greatest, but as you say, the media do enjoy over-rating the man.
Definitely the Calzaghe-Kessler fight for the Undisputed Super-Middleweight Championship of the World.
There may have been fifty thousand people at that fight, but it seemed more like two hundred thousand!
What an atmosphere. What a fight. What a night.
That's about the only big fight that a man with a British passport has ever participated in!
The night that Joe Calzaghe unified the Super-Middleweight Championship of the World in front of a 50 000-strong British crowd was a great night for British boxing.
the ts is american and he is intrested in brittish boxing... ya...right... hahahaha
this is kinda like a nazi being intrested in jewish boxing lmao its just aint right.
you are a headcase man.
That English guy Carl Froch may have kicked Jermain Taylor's ass, but let's not go crazy over the guy just yet. Mikkel Kessler will easily beat him.
Also, Froch could never beat world-class fighters such as Chris Eubank and Bernard Hopkins.
Andriy Kotelnik at 140 pounds.
I obviously wouldn't win against him, but as Khan said, he is the poorest, worst world title holder there is right now.
Plus, I weigh about 150 pounds.
The man may have won three different World titles in two different weight divisions, but it is time he quit this sport. His social life has caught up with him big time.
For the record, I wish the man all the best as he has done a lot for charity over the years and has done a lot to raise the profile of this sport.
To label the man "the biggest disgrace in world boxing" is ridiculous, but I don't like the fact that he constantly says that he will soon be the greatest pound-for-pound fighter on Earth, despite never ever having fought a world title bout.
He reminds me of Naseem Hamed in that sense.
*sigh* How many times have we heard this bile.
Alright, so in what way is he arrogant? If he, of all people is arrogant, what does that make Mayweather? All Khan exudes is confidence.
How many world title fights has Khan won?
You can't compare him to Mayweather; that's just silly.
People do criticise him too much, but if he stopped saying that he will soon be the best pound-for-pound fighter on the planet, his 'haters' would have no ammunition.

He reminds me of Naseem Hamed in that sense in that he is a typically arrogant English dude.
