Uh..........no.
Canelo isn't the typical Mexican, if he was he wouldn't be called "Canelo". I have lived in Mexico for many years and while I have seen red headed people there, they aren't typical. You don't see many natural red heads or blondes in Mexico or Central America.
It's not "typical".
you don't see many redheads here neither
I dated a Mexican guy with grey eyes, he was white complected
The 10-point must system is a method
The judges must give the winner of a round 10 points, and the loser 9 points or fewer.
A knock down usually results in a score of eight for the boxer who was knocked down, and ten for his or her opponent. If there is a round without a clear winner, this may result in awarding an equal number of points to each fighter, so even with an odd number of rounds and an odd number of judges, draws are possible. Each foul usually costs one point, and is determined by the referee.
but to answer your question I say 9-9

You would know this if you lived over here in Western USA or if you visited Northern parts of Mexico.
I'm Mexican-American and I am a light brown mestizo( see my profile pic) while my brother is very dark with an olive complexion. He could totally pass as a Middle Eastern or East Indian. My family from my fathers side is very light skinned and some with green eyes. My niece looks pure white and my daughters are like me.
If you truly grew around Mexicans it would be very common to see Mexicans with white skin, not a lot of gingers but a lot of white Mexicans for sure.
Mexicans come in all shapes, colors and sizes.
how do I see that picture?
