Floyd's ducking Lara imo
floyd will never fight lara. because he's not tailor made for him. Lara has to realize in order to get the big fight he has to do something to put the pressure on Floyd, like Rios. It's harder for the cuban being a pawn under haymon and all, being steered clear and wide from Floyd, but the guy has to stand up for himself. I'm not sure how much it matters now, after rios-mayweather in may, these two can fight on hbo during one of those promotional free weekends.
bradley hasn't proven to be a legit 47 fighter yet so let's just be fair since hatton isn't a good win for floyd because it wasn't at 140 why is bradley for pac ?
bradley only has one good win at 47 and that's carlos arbregu hatton beating collazo is way better than that

He has a certain look, it could be from past usage :dunno: I shouldn't have said it that way, bc I can't say for sure. But this is a big fight and I wouldn't be surprised if he sought that edge again. Steroid or no steroids, still favoring Cotto to win a decision.
Ohhhhh, I did see their first fight!! I don't think Rodriguez has the power to trouble Cotto. That was 2 (3?) years ago though, I'm not sure how much he progressed.
And yeah, Cotto vs Marquez is a fantasy match up of mine as well
yeah a few years ago. he lost to trout some time afterwards. his style might make it entertaining, but this should be easy work for Cotto. i'm looking forward to seeing him back in action.

I was going to make a thread about this, but it would probably get deleted which is understandable...It appears as if Delvin Rodriguez is roided to the gills for this fight with Cotto. I have a method of knowing who's using or has used which I will reveal in due time. Just thought this was important information because Cotto could get knocked out. I'm changing my prediction to a Cotto SD victory.

i believe it. manny is reckless and freddie doesn't teach defense. On that note ak is lying about never being dropped either. Only a select few fighters can say they've never been dropped in sparring; Rios is one, Golovkin is two and probably Chavez Jr.
The guys that get dropped the most usually have the strictest camps. Pac used to allow video footage until he started getting dropped. Floyd never allows video footage because he stays getting dropped. The Garcia camp is always open, no one gets dropped.
Mayweather having a field day with him does not mean he isn't legit. He's legit, people are just making up excuses. He beat the one guy everyone thought was going to knock him out cold, he did what Alexander and Judah couldn't and hurt Lucas.
Honestly I would love him to fight Bradley or even Pacquiao. I think he brutalizes Rios.
Here's what we can say: we've seen Bradley near brutalized. We've seen Pacquiao near dead. We've never seen Rios brutalized and we've never seen Garcia brutalize anybody other than Khan, maybe - the term "brutalized" can be argued there. He would not brutalize Rios. It would be a good fight however where he would ultimately succumb to too much pressure and get stopped late.
nah garcia's dope. i was rooting for mathysse, but garcia put on a great performance. he didn't run, he boxed, but he exchanged and threw hard combinations. i respect that. he could've been on the back foot all night, but he showed up to give the fans a show.
If he fights Khan, I'll regard it as a stay busy fight.. plus Floyd can actually score a knockout which will help him gain a tiny bit more fame in these last fights.
