Ward refuses to participate in VADA testing

If there aint no proven results keep it movin Agree that he's clean until proven guilty, but why "keep it moving", it's right that boxing fans and writers demand drug testing. How are you going to get "proven results" when the guy won't test? We should demand it for every big fight where it's affordable. In this case it was free.
