The wait until the main event was beyond ridiculous. How do you expect subscribers to be captivated by your product if you have them sitting around for ages between fights?
At least have some fill-in fighters on standby just in case. So that your customers don't fall asleep or die of boredom.
That was so bush league last night. An embarrassment to the sport.
100% agreed man. A horrible undercard and all that time-filling waste of time chatter was horrendous. As was the very suspicious "fight" itself.
Burden of proof, huh? Well we ain't a court of law and I ain't claimed the dude's guilty, so that's kinda besides the point. Does US law also require that you believe every piece of misdirection that's thrown your way by those with vested interest?
:lol1: ****, man, my son's been asking me why I've been laughing so hard.
Only on NSB can you be called a sociopath for merely questioning the innocence of a man who failed a drug test.
I wonder if there's a connection between intense Clenelo fandom and the notion that taking clenbuterlol is no biggie?
It's literally a weak steroid, if anything like that. Now if Canelo got busted for HGH, or Dianabol, a legit steroid, then you can say something. As it stands, Clownelo is barely avg even with the so-called steroids. Steroids barely even help anyway; y'all overrate the importance of steroids, it barely gives you an improvement. I've seen some nattys' that look better than Clownelo.
"Clenelo" is the proper name there.....
Loads of powerful giants from Germany and Eastern Europe are on the way. Until one of them breaks through, the current crop of bums will fumble around with the titles.
Fury can't fight because he has a bad back but blames Wlad for delaying the fight. Typical Fury pretzel logic.
I don't believe a word of what any of the Fury camp says.
But I have heard that Tyson has been on a booze binge since he won the title, so letting him self-destruct is a good plan.
Im not surprised Fury's back is stuffing out, he has put on so much weight. Bodies cant take that ricky Hatton lifestyle for long, especially a 6'9 heavyweights body. Guy is killing his career
His reign will be a short one if he keeps binge boozing and eating junk.
It WILL be Danny Garcia IF he comes back. I don't think he is coming back unless like he said one of these Networks offer him something he can't refuse. 9 Figures is a lot of damn Money!
The GGG stuff is "CUTE" but not realistic at all
But only fight would be worth it to a Network giving up 9 Figures for is Mayweather vs Pacquiao 2 realistically
Not unless the 9 Figure Deal will be for at least 2 more fights which is possible
FloydPac I was more than enough. The general sports fan who paid for that snoozefest won't be back for rematch.
how many of ya'll can say you went in and swung on deontay wilder though? Charlie had the ballz to swing on him and ate his shots without being KTFO lol
At least Charlie showed up and landed a body shot.
And like I said, he's got a far better chin than Malik Scott.
Charlie ain't a heavyweight, either.
Most of the trolls in here wouldn't get in the ring with Wilder, that's for sure.
A racist f*ckboy gets the fade of his life lmfao got damn there is nothing greater then watching that.
Says a guy with a racist as an avatar, hahaha.
"I'll never let a white boy beat me." -- Bernard Hopkins
Too bad about that.
Yeah that was pretty revealing.
Imagine if Wlad said, "I'll never let a black boy beat me."
He's be banned from boxing in the USA, at least, forever, and probably stripped of all his titles.
When Hopkins voices the exact same sentiment with the colors reversed, nothing happens.
At least the WBC sanctioned Broner for his recent racist remarks.
i thought he was in jail?
Well if he was, he isn't now.
If he was sending death threats to Wilder and threatening his daughter, why didn't they have him charged?
Zelenoff is an annoying clown but there is obviously something wrong with him, I mean he lives in a fantasy world where he is some great fighter and brags about it all over the place when everybody knows its all a bunch of horse ****. Wilder beat up a guy with a mental disorder as far as im concerned.
Maybe Wilder just got fed up with Zelenoffs foolish threats and couldn't help himself, I don't know, but its not exactly something to be proud of. Wilder should make a name for himself fighting known heavyweights not make a circus act of himself beating on mental patients.
I don't care what he signed, Charlie Z. is obviously unbalanced and has trouble distinguishing fiction from reality.
I could see Wilder getting sued big time for this foolish move. He really left himself open for that.
Can you imagine Wladimir getting sucked into Charlieworld like that?
If Charlie was making death threats and saying things about his family, Wilder should have contacted the authorities and left it to them.
A professional boxer beating on an "internet troll" isn't very wise.
Nice to see Wilder is finally stepping up his competition.
Charlie Z. has a much better chin than Malik Scott.
Unless Malik Scott took a dive (hint hint).
First of all u f*ckboy as a minority or black living in American its impossible to be racist towards the surpressors and those who run the corperate world. Nothing Bernard said was racist in fact its true you are looked at a certain way in these areas if your ass get lit up by a white person because they are not as good at fighting.Plus Bernard beat his ass it was amongst one of the biggest robberies at the time read up on it.
Ahhhhhh shaddup.
Hopkins is well known for his racist views.
Saying blacks can't be racist is a convenient lie and intellectually dishonest.
Jesus f Christ, you really are fuckin dumb.
Yeah, the "blacks can't be racist" defense of guys like Hopkins and Toney is a bit old by this point.
That theory didn't work for Broner with the WBC.
Deontay hit Mental guy with harder shots than Scott. Makes me wonder?
Nothing to wonder. Scott took a dive.
Charlie ate harder shots than Scott did by far and wasn't close to being knocked out.
Wilder is a nothing who was exposed by Charlie Zelenoff, who he failed to knock out even though he hit him harder (including when he was down, very unsporting) and more often than he hit Malik "I Got Paid Off" Scott. CZ even landed a couple of solid body shots on Wilder while being about 1/3 of the guy's size.
Sconiers knocked this clown Wilder down, and Stiverne is about 100 steps up from anybody Wilder's fought, so expect Wilder to be put to sleep by Bermane.
The real threat to Wladimir is Kubrat Pulev, as you can tell by Wlad's somewhat lame excuse-making about fighting him.
Oh, the guy who keeps telling poor, punch-drunk and fat James Toney that he can "beat Klitschko."
I think Seckbach must want to get Toney killed in the ring.
You have no idea how skilled Foreman was in his fighting days. Most people think of him as being a brainless slugger, when in fact he had great ring IQ, and pretty damn underrated in that regard.
Foreman would've killed Vitali. Easily. Vitali couldn't even carry Ken Norton's jock.
Prime Vitali murders wide-punching George. Foreman is a midget next to Vitali and couldn't hurt the man with the iron chin. Vitali would mop the ring with Foreman.
This loser knows Wlad had personal issues with his fiance and child before the last fight and there was no way that version of Wlad would show up the next time. Which was a good excuse for Fury to fall apart the way he has. He is the reason the HW division has fragmented into tiny pieces. I doubt he'll ever come back -- he's more likely to go into crime like the rest of his family.
Have you lost your f^@king mind?
I second that -- people who obviously never watch the division are the ones who have these kinds of opinions on it.
Yeah, Tim Bradley is gonna destroy Anthony Joshua while he's at it -- what a joke.
What's the difference between his last opponents and Wladimir's last opponents other than Povetkin?
Chisora was more proven than Pulev.
Pulev would beat Fury rather easily, that's one difference.
I'll need to see how Vitali does against Stiverne and possibly Haye before I decide.
Of course, even if one (or both) of them beat Vitali, Klittards are still gonna say, "Well, he was old, so it doesn't count", just like how a TKO loss doesn't count when you're ahead on scorecards.
Vitali will flatten Stiverne, who will trade with him and get knocked out. But it will be an entertaining fight because Stiverne is a tough heavyweight.
Haye might be more elusive because he'll run all night, but Vitali should be able to catch him.
Since the United States holds more big fights each year than any other country (probably combined) than I would say its still relevant here.
Does it? Attendance-wise, boxing numbers in the USA are piss-poor. Even Mayweather has to paper the house. Fights promoted as "big fights" in the USA are very often papered events. In contrast, even the UK last year had a soccer-stadium sized event with Haye and Chisora. The Klitschkos routinely do 30,000-40,000 seat stadiums. That happens very seldom in the USA, usually with Pacman when it does occur. And Pacman is on the downward slide.....
