TYSON FURY has told Wladimir Klitschko to stop "messing about" and agree a date for their rematch. British heavyweight Fury has to make the first defence of the WBO, IBO and WBA titles he took from Klitschko against the Ukrainian. Click Here To Read More]
I do give him credit, but it was Vitali who avenged his loses, not Wlad.
He avenged sanders & Purity but Wlad still had to come back from being Koed. Wlad came back and knocked Brewster out not Vitali. And Wlad beat Byrd for Vitali
**** sake, he banned Vitali from his camp, how in the hell did Vitali help him come back?
Yeah its so easy to come back from 3 KO losses to journeyman to become a legend. Seriously give the guy some credit

Haha he didn't pick himself up from jack ****, big bro had to step in and handle business for him.

Are you serious? He came back from being Knocked out by Sanders and brewster with everyone telling him to retire including his brother. He not only won the title again but went unbeaten for 11 years barely losing a round
Not many people could pick themselves up after the losses he suffered. People always overlook this when it comes to wlad and call him mentally weak even though he came back from the lowest point possible to become an atg
BTW Ask Pulev if Wlad doesnt pull the trigger anymore

I'm not a Wlad hater but what adversity do you speak of? Sam peters is really all that comes to mind for me.
Maybe he does want the fight and is training hard, but he hasn't been able tom pull the trigger in years. For not fighting against so many smaller unskilled fighters he Would of lost a long time ago too.

Nah he don't owe Fury nothing.
He Gave him his biggest money fight, and it made Fury a star. He can take his time if he wants.
It may not be the proper thing to do, but he's earned that right. I don't think he wants to fight but in the back of his mind he's thinking about that $.
Fury's contractually obliged to fight Wlad. He literally can't fight anyone else until he gets through the rematch. That puts all the balls firmly in Wlad's court. If Wlad wanted to royally screw Fury he could drag this out then retire and Fury's wasted another year of his prime out of the ring. But why would an honourable gentleman like Wlad ever stoop to doing such a thing? That's David Haye territory. Plus it would put a terrible black mark on his legacy. Hopefully the fight gets made soon and Fury can go on to bigger and better things while Wlad enjoys his well deserved retirement after a game showing.
Nah I think Wlad wants this fight. He has already started training for it while Fury is sitting on his ass
Wlad has delt with adversity bigger than this and come through

Wlad doesn't want to fight anymore.
He just wants to punch on smaller opponents. He don't really wanna get back in the ring with Fury.

I'm starting to think so, and if that's how he feels then fair enough; he's had a long and illustrious career and doesn't need to prove anything to anyone anymore. But if that's the case he needs to man up and let Fury know right away. He's wasting Tyson's prime and preventing him from moving on. Had it not been for Wlad's rematch clause Fury wouldn't have lost one of his titles. He owes him massively for that.

If Wlad retires I'm not sure they'd have a leg to stand on. Would be vaguely ironic though, Vitali's last opponent loses on a cut and Wlad ducks a rematch. Sort of like a pale split echo of Lennox.
Exactly right pal.
This rematch had better take place or the Klitlickers will cry on here for the next 10 years that Fury ducked him. Just as they did with Lewis.

Fury can't fight because he has a bad back but blames Wlad for delaying the fight. Typical Fury pretzel logic.
I don't believe a word of what any of the Fury camp says.
But I have heard that Tyson has been on a booze binge since he won the title, so letting him self-destruct is a good plan.
To weaken him because you can't beat him otherwise? Yeah, real honourable.
Honestly, can we just skip the rematch?? the 1st fight was bad enough
I agree that the first fight was a complete dud but it's not as if Ward's fights are all that action packed or memorable.
The guy has incredibly skill and boxing ability but offensively, he's not exactly fan friendly.
I mean ...why are you mad? the more time passes the older grandpa Klitschko gets so... I wish Tyson Fairy would fight a real threat...like Wilder is doing against Povetkin...lol!
Im not surprised Fury's back is stuffing out, he has put on so much weight. Bodies cant take that ricky Hatton lifestyle for long, especially a 6'9 heavyweights body. Guy is killing his career
His reign will be a short one if he keeps binge boozing and eating junk.
