What Zab shows up? Let-His-Hands-Go Zab who can beat almost anyone when he's on?
Or the zab from the first half of Garcia...the cautious/dont want to be a fast starter and fade down the stretch Zab?
First Zab this could be great...
Second zab I could see the ref stepping in as Zab gets pressured like hell and eventually teed off against the corner.
Winner should fight the Ajose-Gesta winner. That'd be nice
I like the sound of that.
Yes, and why?? because it's a LEGIT FIGHT!!
2 guys coming off a win, no one bloated, no one coming up in weight, no bums...just 2 world class fighters going head to head.
This is the fight everyone should be ordering..not the May Vs Guerrero or Manny Vs Mosley.
Thats the issue with boxing, people don't support legit matches, they just want to support the media hyped matches.
I agree with you dude.Oh and yes I would order this easy.
The likes of Junior Witter, Alexander, Nate Campbell - it would actually be quite a compliment to say they are B level.
So you pull the "subjective" card and then in your next post you try to say that if you don't count Bradley's bogus win over Pacquiao then you're "hating" :lol1:
Actually I said you was hating for the crap you spewed throughout your post, pick any part of it..It really just sounded like hate..
More contradictions. Why would Bradley want to fight Khan then? But he wanted to wait to fight Alexander to get the money up? Derp.
When Khan was actually experienced in the division, a unified champ and offering Bradley his highest ever payday, Bradley bailed.....twice.
We've been through this before. Bradley's career is smoke and mirrors to me. The show will be over soon.
Damn Dirk you really hate Bradley bro.
It's not about changing the outcome. Nothing will change the draw on Lennox Lewis' record against Holyfield but everyone KNOWS in their own head what happened. To literally go against your own opinion makes you sound like an absolute fuking spaz. None of this is "fact" or "law". LOL@ LAW
You said it was Team Khan's spin about Peterson being on PEDs.
I see now, so Dirk makes the rules of boxing more..So when the rules state that the three judges elected will be the ones to choose the winner they were just talking out their asses..I see thanks for that Dirr really good stuff..
Lol..
There's a difference between getting caught cold with a shot and getting a prolonged beating. Bradley took a hell of lot of punishment against Provodnikov.
Yes,Prov also took a hell of a lot of punishment against Bradley as well..Getting a beating would suggest the fight was one sided which it was not..
That goes on the list with PAC-Bradley and Lara-Williams. When commentators and fans both think its a one sided fight n the other guy wins, that's a problem. Garcia-Theopane and Matthysse vs Judah and Alexander weren't one sided.
Bradley PAC was not one sided..
Am I all over the place? wtf man. Someone said Maidana ducked Bradley and fought another guy. Then I said Bradley ducked Khan and fought Casamayor.
It's the same scenario. Regardless, Bradley called Khan out BEFORE the Alexander fight and AFTER the Alexander fight. Only Khan offered him the fight TWICE and he pussied out.
Once again Bradley had promotional issues that was well documented..Also had legal issues that was well documented..There was nothing similar with these situations..BTW there WA never a contract signed for the fight..Back to where we started..
Dude look at my sig! - It's meant for guys like you.
You don't know what you are talking about. Bradley wasn't even with TR at the time.
Then your all over the place. You said he fought Casa instead and that Bradley promoter wanted to make the fight..
So Maidana didn't make a career high payday vs Khan? Or am I remembering incorrectly? So because Bradley made more than Maidana fighting someone else, he didn't duck? And he did fight Casamayor in between. Exactly the same scenario, just different levels of income. Double standards.
How can you clearly lose by one point? lol. He didn't clearly lose. He had two KDs only one was given, and had 2 ridiculous point reductions - I mean, have you ever seen anyone get taking TWO points away for pushing? lol come on.
Maidana was coming off two crappy wins going into the Alexander fight and jumped up to a division he'd never fought in before and having lost his biggest fight to date.
Are you saying the Maidana from the Alexander fight was as good as the Maidana from the Khan fight?
Bradley was signed to another promotion company had well documented legal issue oh and btw never signed a contract to fight Khan..I'd say completely different circumstances..
Is it now a legal issue to have your contract running out? LOL. and signed to another promotional company? what? They wanted to make the Khan fight - it was bradley that didn't.
It's pretty similar circumstances. Bradley had spent the best part of a year calling Khan out. "stop running Khan" did you forget that?
Post link that please that TR wanted to make Bradley Khan please..Thanks..
Both fighters have a good resume and have fought good fighters..Alexander has one loss, Khan has three..I'd give the edge to Alexander as far as resume goes..
Fischer just posted his mailbag where he said he disagreed with Giampa, but that his reasoning was legitimate. He went onto argue that if Broner beat ATG Paulie Malignaggi, that proved he was an elite fighter.
I am not making this up. Seriously. And this guy is the editor, the fucking editor of the Ring magazine. Damn shame what a boxing institution has been reduced to.
Dougie use to be my favorite journalist, but since going to the ring he has become somewhat of a sellout.Sad really.
Serious questions; whats Tim Bradley's contract with Top Rank look like? How long is he stuck with them?
That aside, Tim is way better off sticking with Arum at the moment. The Pacquiao rematch might be just around the corner.
Truth is,TR is just better altogether then GBP for him.He has the chance at two legends. If he beats both of them not only will it be lucrative,it will be a legacy boost.
Man Ortiz has been calling out Bradley for years.. When they were at 140 Bradley said NO WAY when Ortiz called him out. Fight wont happen
I smell bullsh1t..Link please..
Yes. He needs to fight. He hasn't been in the ring since September and he's been through 2 training camps already for this fight. There are potentially bigger and better things in store for him and he can't afford to get held up with Kell Brook again.
I agree with this..
why are people saying they're worried about Rigo waiting too much when Donaire doesn't throw a lot of punches himself and ALWAYS waits.
Donaire takes risk(not recklessly)while Rigo takes none at all tbh.
Alot of people seem to think it will be boring. I can see this fight going alot of different ways but in no way will it be boring and I dont even mean in the way people defend things by saying that a high speed chess match isnt boring.
I mean I actually think there will be action. I think at the very least its a high skilled chess match on the level of maybe Ward-Dawson or Zab-Floyd, Zab Spinks.
Thats what I think it will be at the least. Also, it sounds crazy but I wouldnt be shocked to see someone put on a dominant performance with an early to mid round KO.
Most of all, these guys dont like each other at all and you can tell that both of them want to bring it and make a statement. Just looking at Donaire himself, you can look at his face & demeanor and tell that he's bringing it.
This is one of those fights that will be explosive. Everything they do will be so lazer like. It wont be anything wild but all quick, explosive, pinpoint lazers from both sides. Like every punch in this fight would be there best punch in another fight.
High level, crazy skill stuff. I know for a fact atleast one of them will be like that and probably both which will in no way make it boring. You will be on the edge of your seal until its over
Their styles could make for a boring fight. But I do think their styles could make for a boring fight,if Rigo does not fight aggressively.Donaire is coming to show his talents..He is an offensive fighter.
Rigo has a habit of waiting to much.If this happens this fight could be a boring fight with Donaire winning a UD based off activity. If Rigo wants this fight,he is going to have to open up to win it.I'm very interested in this fight.
I think it's going to be a good fight because Rigo will fight aggressively..I got Donaire by stoppage in the 7th..
So you think Donaire is better than Rigo because he has to eat punches to land some?
Donaire took a lot of risks vs Vazquez Jr alright, he won a SD and went the distance while getting his face busted up.
Great risk.
LOL.
Vasquez also fought very conservative.Which is why, busted up face or not,Donaire won the decision..
