One of my favourite fights of all time. It was personal for Oscar and he put on a great performance and shut Vargas' mouth..... I loved Vargas but I was behind Oscar all the way in this one. I don't think Vargas was the same again.
Fury is horrible. Easily one of the most undeserving heavyweight title challengers in history. Parker is easily just as horrible. Both bums in my opinion. AJ and Wilder would smoke the pair of them. I'm sure Parker is a star in New Zealand but they are hardly a huge boxing nation!
Pacman in his prime at featherweight to super-lightweight was an offensive monster. Speed kills as they say. However, he was the perfect opponent for a master counter puncher like Marquez.

I find that if GGG'S opponents survive and land a few punches people think they deserve to win. GGG won that fight. Look at the look on Alvarez face win the final bell sounded, he knew he'd lost.
Cotto tko late. Brook is too injury prone. I think Cotto should retire bow. He's had a wonderful career and it's time to ride off into the sunset.

Haye's WBA title reign was a joke. He stunk the place out beating the plodding and overrated Valuev. He then beat John Ruiz (aka the best wrestler in boxing), then beat Fraudly Harrison in a complete farce and finally did absolute f*** all against Wlad and then blamed it on a broken little toe!! Keep dreaming Haye. You couldn't beat a fat blown up cruiserweight last time so what make you think you can hang with AJ?!

It was a close fight but Linares nicked it for me. If Campbell had stared to get to work earlier he would take it. Linares started well and finished well. Rematch?
I love it how all of a sudden everyone is an expert on GGG's downfall.Especially those who he beat. No one has hurt they guy. Brook claims to have hurt him (don't think so). I think when Canelo realized he couldn't hurt GGG, he went into his shell and tried to survive. GGG just walked him down and landed more punches. GGG won no doubt about it. I hate to say there were shenanigans but Golden Boy love Alvarez and it was Mexican independents. Even the arena booed the hell out of Canelo!
The rematch won't happen. Canelo will say he's not a natural middleweight and will move back down to super-welterweight where he will fight Charlo, Cotto, etc..... Golovkin will probably fight Saunders and smash him to bits!! Then he will probably be tempted to move up to either super-middleweight or light-heavyweight for a "pound 4 pound" Battle with the likes of Ward, Badou Jack, etc.

I'm not just hating. He was brilliant at cruiserweight. His victory over Mormeck in Paris was one of the best victories by a British fighter in history. However, in my opinion, his heavyweight run was a disappointment. Who did he beat?

It's difficult. Saunders is largely untested on the big stage. I actually had Andy Lee just nicking their fight. BJS's best win is the Eubank jr fight. Monroe seems decent but not great. Should be interesting. If I had a gun against my head, I'd pick Saunders via decision.

Usually you have people defending either race. With "roma" or travelers I never see people defend them. Are they really that bad?
They are not all like it. But a too many of them are. Where I live, there are many gypsies who turn up overror night and take over. They drink and cause trouble. Then when they move on, they leave all their rubbish behind. If you criticised them, you get called a racist!
I hate it when visiting fighters get total abuse and disrespect. Boxing is the hardest (and greatest) sport in the world. Anybody who laces a pair of gloves on deserves respect. It upsets me that people in Britain treat visitors like sh*t.
My cousin went to the Froch vs Dirrel fight back in 2009 and he said the way the crowd reacted towards Andre was horrid! Add to that the gypsies, who are a vile people most of the time. They cry about racism and being portrayed poorly in the media but the fact is they are backwards in their views and racist themselves. As a British man, I'm hoping Monroe gets the win. We don't need champions like Saunders (and Fury) representing us.
