70-30 is ridiculous...I don't think Pac's people want this fight to happen. Cotto should just throw them a wildcard and accept the bullshit proposal. Something else would come up to stop the fight.
I don't think a rematch is necessary. Maidana was able to attack Floyd against the ropes, but I don't think he showed anything thing that proves he's capable of beating Mayweather. A rematch would be a Floyd UD, easily.
