they shud both have real balls and go and face jermain taylor. i dont see mayweather outboxing taylor. but i see oscar beating jermain by decision tho.
I agree. Jermain would be the tougher fight that more people would like to see. You can't say Taylor dodges anyone. Taylor/DLH would be great. Doubt it would happen though.
My brothers in law, their friends and my wife all are rooting for him. I kinda thought that after he shut Vargas up, more mexican fans started liking him. Of course, I'm talking mexican-american and not south of the border mexicans. I have no clue what the hell they think.
Hey i heard delahoya is having trouble making wieght
Where did you here that? BigPoppaPump just posted a story on how they both made the 7 day weigh in.

Stepping on the scale in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico and overseen by the Puerto Rico Boxing Commission President, Jose Penagaricano, De La Hoya weighed 158 pounds. "I'm ready and eagerly awaiting the sound of the bell."
I like Floyd to win this fight, but I have to admit that I will be rooting for Oscar in this fight and I don't like Oscar. Something seems so fake about Oscar that I can't put my finger on, it might be that fake ass smile he always seems to flash.
Floyd, however, just seems like an obnoxious brat. My opinion of him has dropped significantly after watching 24/7. Perhaps it is all hype and he is playing for the cameras, but man is it annoying.
All you guys come on here and whine about people dodging fights and why won't so and so fight the best. Taylor dodges no fights and yet you people still whine and complain. He beats Ouma, beats Hopkins twice, whom many considered the best MW ever, then takes Wright to a draw. And yet you all still whine. I bet if he fought Miranda or Abraham next and won, you guys will still bitch and moan.
The question is simple.
It will determine who among us prefer cowards or those who prefer dignified champs.
WHICH IS MORE WORTHY.. FIGHTING A BLOWN-UP WELTER OR FIGHTING A TOP3 P4P GUY?
The answers are easy.
If you prefer the coward of course ul pick the guy who fought the blown-up welter.
But if you prefer the dignified champ.
You don't need to look any further.
I guess if the question was who do you wish was the p4p #1, but it wasn't. I don't see how barely beating JMM would catapult him past PBF. PBF made Hatton look silly and the DLH fight wasn't nearly as close as say Pac/JMM. When Floyd starts having controversial dec. then I may be inclined to reconsider.
Benoit was a great wrestler, but seriously though, he killed his wife and his retarded son. Doesn't get much worse than that. OJ was a great running back, but he is now known more for killing his wife and her friend. Noteriety stays with you. It overshadows any accomplishments that one may have earned.
No he didnt. He was the world record holder and favorite to win the gold for the 100m dash going into the race. But his world record got smashed by Usain Bolt.
I do recall saying "they" as in the 100m relay team he was a part and broke a world record on. Also, he ran a 9.95 in the final which was his second fastest time of the 4 races he ran. He really didn't show any weakness. Bolt's 9.69 wasn't going to be challenged by Powell no matter how strong he felt.
My friends insist the fix is in on most fights. They go on and on about how the casinos are still mob owned, most title fights are fixed, and blah, blah, blah. I try and tell them it isn't true, but I am starting to doubt myself. I'm curious about what most of y'all think since you guys seem to know way more about boxing than me.
