Matthysse isn't good enough to beat an A class fighter. He's a B class fighter and I don't see him getting any better than that.
I don't want to agree with this but this is true.
And remember there was no drug testing for that fight and he looked sensashonal but in the very nexy fight where there was USDA testing he looked really mediocre,
:scared:
:theyareon
Matthysse exposed holes to his game when pounding Molina against the ropes, he squared up too much and was fortunate enough to be in there against an opponent who couldn't properly direct his counter punches. Matthysse doesn't neutralize his opponents' offense in the way Maidana does, nor does he extend or tie his opponent up to cut their mobility, isn't as physically either. This is why even in some of his victories guys weren't struggling to slide out of the corner, Garcia had any easy time moving around. Matthysse does have better technique when throwing combinations, better conditioning, maybe more power but nothing that would stop Mayweather from freely doing what he likes.
Very good assessment.
thats a very legit question!
I'm not hating on Lucas but I haven't seen anything from him that would lead me to believe he would be competitive with Floyd. He has not lived up to the hype in his big matches.
Mannie Phresh here to tell you that I the phreshest knows and am proud to proclaim that la machina beats money. He will make it easy work of Swift sissy and then take care of 147. His growth since the Zab and Devon robberies is remarkable. Truly I say to you that Peterson was the last best hope for the doubters. Lucas has arrived. He requires sustenance. Phili sustenance.
With all due respect Lucas Couldn't beat the 1 dimensional Garcia but he can beat the versatile Mayweather? I don't understand.
your above post kind of kills you theory man. You complain how dirty Garcia was and try to base this off of the Maidana fight (which he still won) but Maidana was 10 times as dirty as Garcia
All these triangle theories you'd think illuminati members posted on this forum.:ghost:
AMIR KHAN has vowed knock out Floyd Mayweather when the American superstar visits Bolton. But the British puncher plans to do it on his PlayStation rather than in the ring.
Pound-for-pound king Mayweather, 37, is visiting the town as part of a series of after dinner speaking events around the UK.
Khan, 27, reckons Mayweather is only coming to his home town to wind him up, but is still set to confront him at his ***65505;200-a-seat dinner at the Reebok on June 23.

Khan is sitting down for T.........B.E.
Collazo was coming off a win over Victor Ortiz anyway people should realise Khan also has defeated Kotelnik,Malignaggi,Salita,Diaz,Barerra,Judah,Maidana robbed vs PEDerson.
Should that count?
IMO khan should face Porter first. He needs to get his belt that he missed out on when he sidestepped Devon.:boxing:

That muy Thai knee though.:nonono::ugh:
People want to see PAC-Mayweather, until that happens expect these types of numbers from both Floyd and PAC. These are still very good PPV numbers but id assume not very good with 20 million plus guarantees.
All would be forgiven and our mega matchup would be legitimate again.
I don't think he beats Canelo. Canelo would probably knock him out at this stage of their careers.
@TeamOcegueda Never heard an exact figure on Mayweather-Canelo, but about 1.8 million homes. Floyd-Guerrero did only 833,000 homes!!!— Rick Glaser (@RickGlaser1) May 12, 2014
not sure who this guy is but I seen other's using him as a source
Doesn't really matter what the #s are or were. As fans of the sport we should be happy with Ppvs whether they sell 2.5 or 500K. I love boxing and the boxers that are in the sport so who sells more ppvs than the next guy doesn't mean much. :boxing:
Mayorga - Canelo. Pure gold from Mayorga
Posted from Boxingscene.com App for Android
Mayorga would be an animal in that build up. Canelo would just stare back at him with his "I'm too sexy" face.:flirt:
Even Tito talked trash at the Mayorga-Trinidad press conferences. :soapbox:
LOL at ALL.:lol1:
I like manny but I have to be honest. If Tim Bradley's punch lifted him in the air then I can it imagine what Canelos punches would do to him.
random ones
Fury - Wilder , I'm pretty sure a press conference brawl would happen
Rios - Danny Garcia (trainer vs trainer, and of mexican descent vs of pr descent, I could see that one heating up beyond the fight)
Floyd - Broner
I can just imagine Floyd vs Broner, it would be like Tommy Gun vs Rocky :lo1:
Funny how when Maidana fouls he's labeled a "dirty fighter". When Bhops fouls he's considered "crafty".
All fighters are a little dirty at times but blatant excessive dirtiness should be warned and then deducted a point.
i also think that if you complain to the ref, the ref can call timeout and slap that fighter before allowing them to continue
I can agree with this.
And btw #LakersNation:notworthy
I like you as a poster but styles make fights. If ****ing Trout can give Canelo fits what will Lara do?
For the record Trout says about Lara 'that boys nice' and picks Lara to best Canelo.
I agree with your comment about Trout but the same can be said about Angulo in regards to Lara. Also I feel Canelo is much better since the Trout fight. This fight between Lara and Canelo will tell a lot about each fighter.
Tyson Fury v Danny Garcia (okay Angel Garcia) or Floyd Mayweather.
Edit: I think I misunderstood, anyway from the same division Malignaggi v Garcia
 didn't Fury say "I'd Knock Mayweather out in five seconds."??
That dude is pretty funny.
Boxing is easily one of the most legit sports ever in terms of how business is conducted
Yep pretty much this^^^:fingersx:
"Let the commission do their jobs":trink26:
you such an idiot. No way lara beat canelo, you hate canelo for some reason which is weird.
No way Manny fights Canelo that all postering talk to try and show the public that arum and oscar will work together on any fight.
I don't think Lara beats Canelo either and you are correct about a Canelo-PAC fight being posturing to indirectly show people Oscar and Arum are in good graces with one another.
The only way that fight happens is if Arum wants to cash out on PAC because that would be a huge fight if the stars aligned perfectly.
So a fighter getting knocked down twice means what exactly; if said fighter continued to win rounds?
Lara is a superior version of Trout. Like I said; if Trout can give Canelo fits, what will Lara do?
Lara spars with the Charlo twins who IMO would beat Canelo also. Canelo isn't a brawler like Angulo. He's a boxer; Lara is the superior boxer.
Superior version because they are both southpaws? I might as well say Manny is a superior version of Lara and everyone agrees Canelo would easily beat Pacquiao.
I'm not knocking your opinion but When the Charlo twins get in the ring and beat legitimate opponents then we can judge them against Canelo. Put those guys in with Canelo right now and Canelo would beat them. I know you aren't implying the Charlo twins are presently championship pedigree fighters? :boxing:
