AMIR KHAN has vowed knock out Floyd Mayweather when the American superstar visits Bolton. But the British puncher plans to do it on his PlayStation rather than in the ring.
Pound-for-pound king Mayweather, 37, is visiting the town as part of a series of after dinner speaking events around the UK.
Khan, 27, reckons Mayweather is only coming to his home town to wind him up, but is still set to confront him at his £200-a-seat dinner at the Reebok on June 23.

I don't think khan would do well against Floyd whether it's a computer fight or in the ring although he had a win against collazo it was pretty ugly he did a lot of holding maybe he thinks he has a shot because of his win over maidana also but maidana is a much better fighter now than he was three years ago maidana would most likely stop khan these days it's better khan starts looking in another direction Floyd would retire khan one check hook to the chin and it would be over we all know he has a tendancy to put his nightcap on after he gets hit pretty good.
Khan talk's too much and too often about Floyd ...... Its going to be devastating if they ever fight and Khan loses.
Khan's going to need therapy for years .....:bottle:
Collazo was coming off a win over Victor Ortiz anyway people should realise Khan also has defeated Kotelnik,Malignaggi,Salita,Diaz,Barerra,Judah,Maidana robbed vs PEDerson.
Should that count?
I think the was talking about Callazo and yes the guy is right, no doubt about it Callazo's best days (when losing to an out of his best division Hatton, eight years ago) are well over.Khan needs to stop making a prick of himself, if that's possible and fight a contender, lets really see where he's at , not guess!
I'd rather he was slavishly touting the wares of a PlayStation or Fight Night sponsorship deal than to think that he is actually planning on asking Floyd Mayweather round to his house to play computer games in an ill fated attempt to garner the man's respect.
This is child like.
I think Amir is going to be the first fighter ever that I will skip his comments, it really is play ground talk. I am bemused as to what goes through his followers minds when listening to this garbage ?
Fight contenders and shut up!!
LOL this guy is obsessed...gets knocked out by Danny Garcia, Prescott, goes , loses to an average Lamont Peterson, goes life and death with a washed up, over-the-hill Julio Diaz, and beats an average-punching powered Collazo who he clinched and pulled the down the head of all night...
And now he's a threat to Floyd....GPB and Showtime..are really trying to sell this fight lol..if you watch Showtime or listen to GBP reps..you would be certain that a Khan fight is much bigger and he's more of a threat than Pacquiao lol..I'm really laughing over this situation
IMO khan should face Porter first. He needs to get his belt missed out on when he sidestepped Devon.:boxing:
I agree winner of Porter-Brook/Guerrero/Alexander all are quality opponents for Khan to face and are tough fights. He needs to defeat one of them to make a sure case for Mayweather fight. He said it'll be someone who's in Top 10,thats for sure.

Khan is sitting down for T.........B.E.
Collazo has seen better says, not a credible opponent at all.

No interest there, Khan did impress me against Collazo but at least beat a credible opponent, Porter, Thurman or rematch Garcia.
Collazo is a very credible opponent IMO.
¿Hard hitting Collazo? Just because he stopped Ortíz in 2 in his last fight doesn't make him a hard hitter, in 41 fights he has only 18KO's while Khan in 32 fights(9 less) has 19KO's(1 more than Collazo) So according to the person who write this then Khan would be a devastating puncher(something like Golovkin, Matthysse or Julian Jackson)Which he's not.
If I were Floyd, I'll choose Khan now on a later date (October-November) over the Maidana rematch, besides beating Collazo won't prepare you for Mayweather, if he lets Khan further strengthen his reputation by beating a top-notch welterweight, then Floyd is in trouble, Maidana can wait for cinco de mayo next year.
Sorry, that last fight against Luis didn't excite me. Again it was like watching a 147 clone of Andre Ward. Frankly it was a pretty dull fight and other then the knockdowns it was not very exciting to watch.
TMT will get chased out of Bolton if they try to pull any stunts with Khan.
On a serious note the article says "desperate for a money spinning shot". Well in Khan's case it's not just the $, otherwise he would've taken an easier fight with Brook for $5 vs Collazo's $1.5. It's part of it no doubt, but not the only thing, unlike Robert Guerrero.
