might as well throw spence in there with thurman. sometimes you got to see if all you have is a piece of coal. throw him in there with thurman. the pressure to perform will either show he is really a diamond or just a lump of coal. the authority did it when they threw seth rollins in there with lesnar. mayweather can do the same with spence. get er done.
I'm begging for the Undisputed title fight with Kell Brook.
Other than that maybe he'll fight Broner so they can both cash the fu*k out and dance in the ring together.
I want the Brook fight also. Being undisputed is difficult to do in this era but possible. Brook's fighting soft touches though so I doubt he will earn it. It will probably be Khan. And Floyd is about to vacate all the belts anyways most likely
mayweather was a beast at 140. that is really his optimum weight where he actually had power. 147 is beyond his best weight and he loses so many advantages due to fighting at a weight that is really above what he should be fighting at. He could still make 140 if he had to but why would he when all the money is at 147 and he is still good enough to beat all comers there. I'd say the slowdown against Hatton compared to Gatti was more due to him fighting above his optimum weight and less due to decline. Obviously Mayweather is past his prime now, fighting at a weight where he doesn't have punching power and still beating guys. He's retiring in September so he might as well go out with a bang and fight Thurman.
as long as they can pick their own entrance music i don't have a problem with it that much. that pbc music they used on the first couple shows was garbage though. let the fighters have their music play for their entrances. sugar ray wasn't terrible today but he was sure on something for the danny garcia fight. his commentary was completely off there.
They were 150k. Glaser's numbers have proven incorrect so many times, thus no one believes him anymore. A quick search shows what the numbers were. The people who use the 97k number are usually those with an agenda. Not saying you have one but it's pretty easy to correct that disinformation if you wanted to.
I'd have an agenda if I looked it up. I dont care that much. I dont care how much the ppv does as long as the best continue to fight the best. The promoters can worry about the rest. PPV numbers should just be concrete that way its easier to build your brand
Just imagine if he knocked out Golovkin in the first round how bat shi crazy it would go in here. Danny has to KO this guy or the run ends. He HAS to get the KO i feel. That will either make him rise to the occasion or get taken out. If he wins he is suddenly on top of the MW division and in the P4P discussion. He instantly becomes a must fight for Canelo to take for his legacy.
I would love if he was involved...lol
Then man up and call him out. A legend like Charlie Z in your inaugural event will take your little fledgling idea and turn it into a success. Just remember be careful what you wish for.....
Cruiserweight is actually one of the most explosive divisions. Shocking as it may be.
You must be high on Usyk and Bellew. Bellew looked like a caveman swinging wildly against a shot BJ Flores. Bellew is ok just because its a bar room brawl but he fights like a stupid idiot. Haye is gonna destroy him at HW. Or you like Huck. Is that enough to say its better than Crawford and Broner fighting the contenders at 140? I don't know. Usyk and Huck aren't gonna fight. Bellew is about to get smashed. I'd still favor 140 slightly with crowd pleasing contenders like Granados, Imam, and flawed but flashy Dulorme. Oh yeah and Postol can still make things interesting even though he is just a contender since Crawford took his lunch.
Ah I see. Ignorance it is then.
Seeing as how Huck is in your avi I can tell you have a bias. To each his own I guess. I am not ignorant to the division. Maybe the fringe contenders but I've seen the top guys and I'm unimpressed. I tend to be bored while watching them guys. I've never really been a fan of any cruiserweight fighter to the point where I want to follow their career.
Lol - Imam is a hype job exposed by a crude journeyman. Lol I knew he was a stoppage waiting to happen with those chicken legs.
Dulorme is "flashy"? Flawed yes, flashy, no.
Postol is still a top 3-5 contender in the division - whether that is good or bad IDK.
CW is much much more than those two guys. STACKED and brimming with talent.
Imam is a hype job but he sure as hell is fun to watch. Same with Dulorme. Lets hear your top 5 list then man. Come on name the talent your talking about in the CW division. People keep alleging the CW division is so talented but don't come with names besides the rankings. You do this type of thing only if you don't really feel that confident about how these "talented" guys will shake out in a couple years.
Any division below 122 doesn't really count as men. Those are child sized little twats. Those don't count. So yeah 140 and cruiserweight are the crap divisons. Don't bring up the pint sized cunts.
Charlo is going to take over this division. Golovkin is shot now and will get stopped in September by Canelo. Charlo would destroy whatever remains of Golovkin after that if that fight was ever made. Jacobs is the toughest fight for Charlo. Jacobs showed he is willing to fight whoever and Charlo's resume shows he has a willingness to do the same. Maybe this fight can be made in 2018.
Plenty of fighters took that right hand from Vlad and kept on ticking.
Joshua got a glass jaw.

Not true at all. Wlad has KO everyone he hit FLUSH with that right hand. He loaded it up and everything. You can say he had piss poor defense for getting hit with a telegraphed bomb like that but saying it wasn't devastating is absolutely laughable and absurd.
Hard to say how Joshua and Fury would play out. It could be like Wlad-Fury all over again because Fury is a long MF that moves really well when he's fit...., but he's so mentally unstable that I don't know if he will ever be the same fighter he was when he beat Klitschko. Wladimir is faster than AJ and has better foot movement but AJ has a longer reach and he's at a prime age. It's difficult to see how this plays out right now and it probably doesn't matter anyway......Will we ever see Fury weigh less than 300 lbs again?
Tyson Fury's mental instability is his greatest strength. He can't be broken down mentally. He is already there. He is the greatest enigma the boxing world has ever seen. The Gypsy King presents a puzzle that is likely never going to be solved. He may damn well be the greatest heavyweight to ever have lived.
I'm not an 'elite' heavyweight that's 6 foot fcuking 5. Why do I have to take it you half wit?
I have my full wits about me. I'm not a stamina depleted Tyson Fury after an overnight coke binge and 12 rounds with a 30 year old hooker. That is the trademark Klitchko right hand and it landed flush. It was a signature knockout shot. It is amazing Joshua didn't get knocked cold by it. You are completely inadequate as a boxing observer if you think otherwise.
Last time I did coke was with your mother while she was preggo with you. You might even be my son, son.
I heard you wear crotchless panties and bark like a dog
Absolutely not. Vlad has hit plenty of fools with his right hand FLUSH and they kept on ticking. Real talk!
Like who? Nobody. He puts people to sleep with those bombs. Maybe you just did too much coke when you watched the fight that day and thought he should be able to take it because you felt invincible.
You got it backwards junior, dems were your mammies panties and I did dog that a$$. I admit that. She's a freak, what can I say?
I was born from a goat during a ritual sacrifice. You are one freaky ass MF. Are you an arab?
This fat blob might come back and beat Wilder while he tunes up for Parker or Joshua. I wouldn't put it past him. We all laughed at this joke uppercut himself in the face and figured he was just one of those protected HWs that would lose when he finally fought Klit. He beat Klit, shocked the whole world. Now that he has snorted his fair share of coke and banged his fair share of hooks he is indeed ready to take boxing seriously. A motivated Tyson will rip a hole through the HW division. These HWs have no idea whats headed their way....
Same goes for Joshua. His chin is arguably worse imo. One shot and he's wrecked. It was a good shot, but far from a devastating punch.
If that shot had landed on you I'm pretty sure it would have killed you. Blood would have seeped from your ears as you lay dying.
This is true, but will Fury be able to deal w/AJ's power if he gets clipped?
Please, Fury ate a flush uppercut from himself just fine and he's the best there is!!
