he was a MUCH better fighter
are you really unaware of that fact ? :lol1:
A prime Toney at middleweight or super middleweight sure. But we’re talking about the older obese heavyweight version of Toney dumbass. The version that drew with a past it Rahman and lost to Sam Peter. Beating John Ruiz and a shot Holyfield doesn’t mean you can compete with a super heavyweight like AJ. This is a mismatch
This thread is hilarious. What exactly did Toney do at heavyweight to make you idiots think he could beat AJ? Apart from being an african american of course. He beat a shot Evander and John Ruiz. The size difference is enormous, this is a mismatch
Really, who have you got ?
He has two quality wins at middleweight and that’s it. Nunn and Mccallum. There are many middleweights with far better overall records at the weight than that. Obviously not top 5

Pure fear in the coward’s eyes. Had the same look when he got the DAZN offer. Wilder got walked down and smashed to bits. His corner saved him from a life altering beating
Wilder the fraud got exposed and his black paid off brother Bayless was doing everything in his power to save him!!!!! Typical bum squad needing the refrees help suprised the doctor didn’t jump into the ring to give him time to recover. Keep crying for your fallen wakandan, fook the ldbc
You could see the fear in the cowards eye’s when he realised he was up against a fully fit Fury this time who was taking the fight to him. This is a coward who turned down $120 million for undisputed. He cherry picked Fury first time thinking he was done and it’s backfired twice. He said he wanted a body on his record. Bum Squad deserves no respect from anyone he’s a protected fraud who got exposed and it’s really a shame we didn’t see him laid out cold. He’s just lucky his corner saved him from being a body on Fury’s record
You're not being honest. The only thing Wilder turned down was fighting Breazeale on DAZN. It's not his fault Joshua lost.
If Wilder was a coward, why did he agree to fight Fury, who was considered the bigger challenge than Joshua? You're not making any sense.
Stop it, he ducked AJ. He would have made more fighting Brezeale on Dazn as part of that deal. He’s a coward who turned down 120 million. He fought Fury after Fury looked diminished after coming off his layoff and it backfired.
He was 38. I don't understand why people feel the need to add years to Mosley in that fight
So what my point still stands, bringing up Floyd Mosley a fight which happened when Mosley was 38 makes no sense at all when discussing prime Shane in a head to head match up at 135lbs. Unless of course you’re going to pretend Floyd fought a prime Mosley lol
Lomachenko. Shane had a limited ring iq. Lomo picks him apart same way mayweather did.
Mosley was 40 when he fought Floyd. We’re talking about prime Mosley vs Loma the one who fought at lightweight before jumping up to welterweight and beating p4p 1 De la Hoya. I think he’d be too explosive, physically strong and powerful for Loma. Have to go with Shane by ko
Youre a full blown fanboy because 50% would see him killed, but typically you make him smaller older etc and he is bigger lol, actually didnt they say his camp for Thurman was the best ever, you dont understand the difference from prime to past prime is a few milliseconds, Manny is far from shot but Id like to see him fight some A grade in form guys instead damaged goods.
And yes until we know what Spence has after the car crash its another asterisk if Manny fought him now and thats how manny works , he will drain you if he can or pick you at youre weakest time as in Thurman and now maybe Spence, Manny rarely fights the best guys without some bs behind it.
Why dont you start a thread and we will dissect every opponent since Hatton, weights measures and form going into the fight, Manny has so many asterisks on his resume its unreal.
Anyone can put asterisks next to a fighters wins. Take Floyd for example: Oscar, Mosley, Pacquiao were in their mid thirties or older and were clearly past their primes. Cotto was slightly faded also got schooled by Trout straight after the Floyd fight. Marquez a career 126 and 130lber who had 2 fights at 135 brought up 2 divisions to fight Floyd. Canelo green, drained and certainly not the juice freak he is today. See how easy that was?
If Spence had a fight and was nearly Koed by a B grade fighter and then Manny fought him I woulds say that.
If Spence destroyed Danny Garcia and then Manny took the fight I would give him his props .
See the difference ?
Thurman has always been vulnerable though he was hurt against Collazo, Porter, Chaves.... He came back after surgery had a tune up and won 11 out of 12 rounds against Lopez yet you say he was at 50% of his prime. Yet 40 yr old Pac was at 90%?! Hahahaha. So hypothetically if Spence has a hard competitive fight against Garcia you will say Spence is shot and give Pac no credit should he beat Spence even though ‘prime’ Spence just went life and death in a SD with Porter.
Thurman said he was 50%, said he was injured and required more surgery after the fight.
If Spence has a good win Id say the crash is done with, if Spence looks terrible in a comeback fight then all bets off.
Oh right after get whooped and embarrassed by a 40 yr old Thurman says he was at 50%. Because there’s no reason at all that he’d lie to save face....And Pac at 40 according to you is at 90% of his prime... How dumb can you get?
A firefight is Porter vs Pac, Garcia is a boxing match, I think they view Porter who beat Danny as being too much risk for Manny.
Manny is looking for names that are off the boil not guys in top form, thats why he is looks at both Garcias instead of Porter TC or Spence.
But if Pacquiao fights Spence you would still say exactly the same thing. It will be he’s only fighting Spence because he’s damaged by the car accident as a pre fight excuse ready for if Pac wins.
Spence couldn’t knock out Mikey Garcia but he’s gonna knock out Pacquiao who took Thurman’s best shots flush on the chin and laughed. Hahaha delusional
Pacquiao doesn't exactly have a great chin.
Pacquiao does have a great chin. An 8 division champ across 10 divisions who has been fighting bigger opponents for over a decade and has only been dropped twice (one of which was a ko) in one fight over a 19 year period. And you’re dumb enough to say he doesn’t have great chin. So Mikey Garcia has shown he has a great chin but Pacquiao hasn’t. Absolute clown
After Spence went life and death to win an either way type of decision against Porter, Pac should take the fight. Spence has slow feet and a leaky defence there’s no doubt that Pac is capable of piecing Spence up using his footwork and combinations. Spence’s biggest advantage is his stamina and size which he could use to take advantage of Pac tiring in the late rounds. After watching these guys last fights it is clear to me that any Spence fans who think this is some kind of mismatch and that Spence just goes through Pac are delusional
Spence would knock him out before 8 rounds had passed.
Spence beat the crap out of a much lesser fighter in Garcia and couldn’t knock him out or even seriously hurt him.... But he’s gonna knock out Pacquiao who took Thurman’s best shots flush on the chin and laughed. Hahaha delusional
Josesito is not better than Kavaliauskas, he didn’t hurt Crawford the way Thurman was hurt and Thurman-Lopez was a draw on one judges card. Crawford would never fight an even fight with Josesito Lopez. Thurman wouldn’t have either prior to his surgeries and time off. He’s shot.
. Thurman Lopez wasn’t close to a draw in reality, Lopez won 1 maybe 2 rounds. So I guess Crawford is shot then also at least Thurman didn’t go down. And to say Thurman was outclassed by Pac isn’t really accurate, he was for the first 5 rounds but it ended being pretty close you could legitimately give Thurman 6 rounds
GGG at least beat Canelo unofficially who is way way better than any of Crawford’s opponents. Hell Danny Jacobs is way better than anyone Crawford has fought
If Pac fights a fresh off the sick bed Spence, I give Pac slim odds. I'm sure Pac would be the favorite, though.
Any version of Spence > This Pac
So you’d give Pacquiao no credit if he wins a fight which you say he has a slim chance of winning. You’re not very bright are you?
Describe ''life and death''
Winning a split decision in a fight which could be scored either way. Many had Porter winning and many had Spence winning you can easily make the case Porter won 7 rounds
We need to stop with this "H2H" and "eye test" BS. They are becoming participation trophies it seems for guys who aren't facing top level competition.
I agree it’s ridiculous to rank Crawford number 1 at ww when he hasn’t fought a top welterweight
