I must admit the draw was actually fair! I’m actually very surprised they didn’t just rob Fury! Anybody wants to rewatch it here’s a link

What Fury did was very deceptive. Just moving around feinting, clintching, moving his face a lot and waiting till the end of the round to throw 2 or 3 punches then raising his hands to say he won the round.
You're of course entitled to you opinion but do us a favour, never think about becoming a scoring judge.

I think that's the 'propaganda' version lol.
damn you had 2nd row floor bro? Id love to see those pics if u feel like uploading them?
I heard (and correct me if im wrong) but aren't the women supposed to sit next to the women and the men supposed to only sit next to the men? I remember watching a comedian Russell Peters explain this whenever he performs in Saudi or Dubai.
Now with last nights result it looks like its gonna be AJ vs Fury now!
Sorry buddy I just saw your post in another thread and totally forgot to reply to this. Yeah I'll see if I can dump the pictures and videos somewhere (any suggestions?) I was 2nd row of the non floor seats, so there is the ring, floor, then the railing, I was second row here. The pics will probably make it clearer.
Apologies for the bump
Thats awesome bro I'm glad you got to go. I hope for your sake they bring some more big fights for you.
I love how they announced the fight and made the Brand new stadium in like 30 days right? LOL thats impressive!
How was the crowd at the AJ fight? was it mostly local ballers or did lot of brits come out to support AJ?
Ahhh I wouldn't want to risk the health of the sport, just for my selfishness hahah but thanks man, I appreciate the kind thoughts!!
It was more than that even, the stadium sat in the center of this huge festival / theme park thing they had erected for a weeks worth of entertainment. It was awesome to see it all actually and the hospitality was second to none.
Well I had a Saudi local to my left, (Who kept insisting on grabbing me refreshments and pancakes etc) 2 Brits to my right, 3 French behind me and 4 local women infront of me. I was sat in the 2nd row from the floor seating and I had a wicked view, won't be forgetting it anytime soon :D
Idont get what u asking me bro?
But I liked Ward as he was coming up the ranks.
Liked him in the SMW tourney and was proud a light skin American brother represented and won it all, but yeah I started to hate his clinch and hold style and dirty headbutt tactics, I hated this about B-Hop too.
... I see................
It was close.
Very little landed and Wilder obviously not getting credit for stuff he did from so many folks.
Busted Tyson's nose open in the 4th, had it leaking again in the 7th, and there were other rounds Wilder won.
This was a close fight.
But, the best thing about it was I found out how many folks who call themselves fans and even some actual folks in the sport still don't know how to score a fight.
I dont think wilder has ever been in a snooze fest. Even the time he went 12 with stiverne.
Yeah, even if it’s not that exciting, it’s still gripping to see if Wilder lands his big shot.
It’s like the opposite of watching Amir Khan. It can be lacklustre but you’re still entertained because he might et flattened.
Pretty much this really. I thought Wilder did some good work with his jab and actually bloodied Fury's nose, which is something that simply wouldn't happen in a supposed boxing masterclass. I thought Fury deserved to win but a draw didn't seem beyond the realms of possibility.
Not entirely unrelated but i've just see an ad for wilder vs fury 2 while on instagram?? I dread to think how much they've spent on advertising for this fight. Between YT, IG and the superbowl adds, it must be close to 20 million. Maybe we are on the cusp of a 2m PPV fight after-all. I just hope it isn;t a snooze fest

Wilder only has to win 3/10 rounds for it to be a draw. Wilder got 2 10-8 rounds with the 2 knockdowns.
If you can find 3 more rounds to give Wilder, its a draw.
Robbery my ass.
If fights were judged like one big round, yes there was a good case for a draw. But on round by round scoring Fury won comfortably even with those two 10-8s.
... Fury knows his best option is to outbox DW. The extra weight tells me hes gonna try to wrestle and clinch like a mofo. ...
... was Andre Ward a "mofo" in your view?...
Read post 24 again I've revised it.
115-111 was probably the correct score for fury. Wilder got x2 10-8 rounds, and x1 10-9 round
Your revision is spot on . No decisions tonight 1 of them getting stopped
As you say Fury barely landed more , got flattened twice it was close and nothing like a robbery

If your generous to WIlder maybe x2 10-9 rounds to Wilder. Making it 114-112 to Fury.
It was a robbery. Fury might not have landed much more. But he made him miss so much, which shows superior defense.
If you was being generous to wilder, fury should have won by 2 points at least

It was a controversial decision rather than robbery. Fury might not have landed much more. But he made him miss so much, which shows superior defense and makes opponent look like a bum, or nfl player turned boxer.
If you was being generous to wilder, wilder could have a draw. But fury should have won by 2 points at least
damn bro u in Dubai? aint they trying to do AJ fights there more often?
I think its gonna be a snoozer(but I hope I'm wrong) Fury knows his best option is to outbox DW. The extra weight tells me hes gonna try to wrestle and clinch like a mofo. Man I hope I'm wrong.
Yeah buddy! I actually went out to the aj vs ruiz rematch, was only a 2 hour flight to Saudi :D They're trying to bid for more in UAE, hopefully we see something in the future. It's a beautiful place and folks would have a great time in the week before the fight i'm sure.
This fight was a snooze and I never bothered to watch it again. Minus the famous second KD of course.
