Finally scored the fight, had Kovalev winning by 2 points, but there were many rounds that could have gone either way so i wouldnt call the fight a robbery. Both fighters had room for improvement and neither proved they are the best LHW in the world much less p4p king. An immediate rematch is necessary and whoever tries to avoid it should be called out on it.
Funny how the same people who cried for a solid year about May losing to Pac in slomo, and spent several years before that crying that Pac shouldn't have to be tested because, you know, needles are scary are now suddenly PED experts.
My household was more excited for the DLH/Mayweather fight than the Pac fight. Nothing against Pac or his performance, but the Forbes fight showed me De La Hoya was done, the Pac fight was just a symbolic passing of the torch.
Epic KO, and you could tell Marquez was trying to set that shot up for few rounds before it landed.
Funny thing, i knew Marquez would win this time around because i had the classic spanish chant stuck in my head for a solid week before the fight;
Olé, Olé Olé Olé Marquez MARQUEZ!!!
As physically gifted a prime RJJ was, his career after his single HW fight was all downhill.
I'm not saying Jones was already done, but it would be hard for anyone not to look fast against one of the slowest HW champs ever.
So :nonono:
Winner gets Floyd Mayweather.
Ha, after Berto he could get 50-0 on two of the easiest fights in his career. Throw in DLH and that's 3 & 51 lol.
Also Mosley looks jacked.
He maybe can, but not in the same fashion as Maidana did. If Khan can control distance with a stiff jab and straight right hand he has a chance, I just don't see it. And as it was already mentioned Khan's Achilles heel is his chin.
Nothing solid in your post your realize? "Crimes?" Really? I don't need an investigation, but it would however be commensurate with the outrage I keep reading about in this thread. Yes the iv did happen, but what it means to fans is the critical difference. I use the idea of an "investigation" as more of a jest, there isn't going to be one. Mayweather isn't going to be the face of cleaning up a sport that has issues far beyond doping and well before him.
For me it's all about the ancillary issue of Manny losing to Floyd. All the rage, ridiculous reasoning and pain flow from that fact, so it's hard for me to see this iv thing as separate when the same people that are pushing it never had a good word about him anyway? Ya know?
Slip your wasting your time writing something new, just copy/paste the same thing over and over.
Yes he is. All he does is trickery. He wants to clean up the sport, but he actually is the one who needs cleaning up.
Very true. He might be the biggest hypocrite in boxing. Tsk tsk tsk..
Yes he is the lord of illusions, by your logic he lost more rounds, landed less punches, landed less power shots and still convinced the world and most importantly 3 judges he won the fight. 49-0 no matter how many days you spend bumping pointless threads or how many nights you spend crying yourself to sleep.
If you want to qoute the second half of my post I'll gladly explain that as well?
Off topic, but I asked before and I want to know what the differences are between red and green boxes?
I had more, but lost some. When I mad a few guys mad, I lost all rep points, then got them back after I apologized. After that. I got the impression that none of that stuff mattered!
I have been insulted, threatened with a hunting trip, and other private email promising me a painful end!
Where are the rules for all this? I signed up in 2009, but didn't start posting until this month, when I couldn't take it anyone!
Where are the rules?
Sugarkaine is all red, can anyone explain that??? I am tw guy who keeps clowning?? I want to read the something!
Green is good karma, red is bad. You can give red or green k to any post, & no it really does not matter.
I heard Mayweather has tapped into a new source of performance enhancing drugs; Flintstones vitamins. Their easily absorbed by the body since they're chewable.
Hey gentlemen, just a reminder there's some good boxing going on tonight that true boxing fans should be interested in.
Of course i say true boxing fans not conspiracy theorist or those who pretended to be boxing fans but are in fact simply fans of their fallen idol.
In other words not the copy and paste pact@rd brigade, those should have already moved on, I heard Pacquiao plays basketball, maybe you should pretend to be fans of that sport for a while.
Has the huge public outcry for answers started the full investigation to reveal the truth yet?
How about the small pact@rd outcry? Has it started anything other than rath playing detective? & as we already know for him without video evidence everything is a lie.
Hey at least you guys took a day off.:lol1:
What you are not understanding is that WADA doesn't look at it the way you stated. At least not initially.
As stated, WADA has no obligation to review a TUE application. Its stated right here:
"WADA retains the right (but not the obligation) to review the TUE
decisions"
As for reviewing the WADA Code and Standards, its not at an individual basis like you are implying. WADA does not manage it the way you are stating. WADA would be reviewing USADA in general to see how they are applying their standards. So again, they do not look at and in fact do not know that a given sample is Floyd's since the samples do not say "This tested sample is Floyd's".
So only if they find during their reviews that USADA is not following their Code, then they would look deeper.
So WADA may find something if they are looking at the right direction or they may not. Its not a 2 hour Colombo investigation where Colombo knows who did it throughout the program.
http://marketingoptimization.tv/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/columbo-quote-one-more-thing.jpg
So with all your so-called evidence of the USADA complicity with Mayweather's alleged years of using peds and manipulating the system, it's still not enough to warrant an investigation of their practices? Maybe deep down you know outside of your iv scandal conspiracy the USADA is doing it's job and the wada knows It's a reputable organization.
Also, using your very own logic, the wada had the right, but not the obligation to investigate Russia and still did. Why? Because they had substantial reason to do so, which is what's lacking in Mayweather's case.
I've said it before and I'll say it again if there's something fishy going on it will come out sooner or later but the damning evidence that will forever taint Mayweather's career will have nothing to do with the accusations and speculation spewed by heart broken Pac fans on this thread, that will require actual evidence.
So since nothing has come from the "iv scandal", the only thing they have left is gay accusations? So how bad does it feel that your idol lost to a gay dude?
I can't help but laugh at the pathetic rules and twisted logic pact@rds keep throwing around this thread:
*Mayweather is guilty until proven innocent.
*People have to provide proof he's innocent, we can claim speculation as fact that he is not.
And my personal favorite:
* Everyone has to stay on topic and stop reminding us the reason we pretend to be testing, masking, and dehydration experts and crusaders for truth is because our beloved god was schooled on May 2nd and by association that makes Mayweather the anti-christ.
Wada has no role whatsoever in boxing.
USADA follows WADA international standards, which states that WADA can review any tue to insure it complies.
In a country like Russia where there is a state run media and total government control where they can intimidate labs to hide their doping program the truth can come out, yet the reason Mayweather can't be touched is cause he has too much money and power. Baffling.
As I've said if Mayweather is guilty the truth will come out, I'm just not convinced by the shouts of guilt from a pack of pact@rd trying to justify their idol's loss.
Could you show direct proof of Floyd's intent please, and if you can't please understand why I say your posts are supposition and conjecture? One of the reasons I don't answer your questions "directly" is because many pretty competent posters have addressed all the points related to this issue. If you haven't heard anything they've had to say, why am I going to repeat what they have?
It's a waste of time, even more so when you realize all they do is dismiss any argument as conspiracy and continue to copy/paste the same posts over and over.
All it takes is a quick read of the wada istue to understand Mayweather didn't have to put into the contract anything about a retroactive tue because it's already included in the international standards, but of course according to them Mayweather wasn't dehydrated either it was again part of the usada, nsac conspiracy.
I also love how they claim Mayweather tested positive for some banned substance when in reality he just used a medically necessary banned method which was approved after a tuec review, but again all part of the vast conspiracy.
The only facts there are is that Mayweather was provided an iv for rehydration which he received a tue for.
Eyes_WIDE_Shut, I read and responded to some. Either you missed it or can't respond ....
That's the best you can do? What was the pact@rd word of the week again? Oh yeah, diversion. Great example of it.
This is what one would reasonably expect when a "scandal" is going full tilt, and breaking into the media with as much fury as the 5 post in this thread. We haven't seen that yet, and I'm kinda with you on potentially eating my words down the road. I'd rather wait to see more than listen to desperate Pac fans try to artificially drum up hysteria around Mayweather.
Dunno, I mean hell, anyone that swims with Justin Beiber is more than likely masking something or protecting someone that does? There's something suspicious, almost sinister about that Beiber backstroke that lends itself to cheating. Right?
You know there can be nothing good going on when Beiber is involved lol. I would imagine there's more hiding behind that door then the iv "scandal".
But no one is beyond reproach, maybe in the end Mayweather's the evil mastermind they claim he is, for now we'll have to wait and see but as i've said I wouldn't hold my breath.
The Filipino nation was almost robbed again last night, **** the world title, they almost lost the universe title. I heard Mayweather bought out Trump as well as the judges to have Columbia win but he wasn't powerful enough. Can't imagine the outrage had the scores not been corrected, spoon and rage would have probably made a murder/suicide pact. Justice is served.:lol1:
Has the wada come forward stating the usada violated it's international standards for therapeutic use exemption? Has a full investigation been demanded by Pacquiao, TR, NSAC, or the public at large? Anyone else crying about this other than the same people who've been crying since May 3rd, long before they proclaimed themselves iv and dehydration experts?
Yeah I didn't think so.
(Insert tagalog slang for grandpa here), why doesn't it count on the counter when Floyd punches Pacman in the face? Well grandson, those punches don't count as hard enough and any punch where Floyd's glove starts at or below his own beltline counts as a low blow. Didn't you hear the crying man narrating the video explain why Floyd punching Manny in the face doesn't count? Then why does Manny missing punches count on the counter? Because he really wanted to hit Floyd those times so it counts because he's an undefeated hero!
"Pacquiao is so fast the camera cant catch the punches landing, look how well he catches Mayweather's counterpunches with his face."
Lmao, I can actually hear it.
