The world is a pretty big place, doofus. WADA doesn't go door. That's why they sectioned off organizations to different countries. So working with USADA is working with WADA. So hiring an outside agency that is also under the International Olympic Commitee to oversee the testing would never be a hindrance to them... And as if they will do testing on thousands of athletes just like what they do on a ragular Olympic competition, they will just be doing it on two big-headed boxers, this is easy money for them, be it WADA or somebody else...

What do Roger Clemens, Barry Bonds, Mark McGwire, and Shane Mosely have in common? - They all got caught cheating or were close to getting caught that they have no other way out but confess!!!! These athletes routinely and randomly gave their blood samples all year round for HIV testing as required by law, and a portion of those blood samples are always stored and kept for archives by the athletic commission.. These said samples were then tested for PEDS if and when the commission have enough reason to warrant for such a test.. These is how certain athletes got caught cheating even when years have already passed.. With all the controversies surrounding Manny and Floyd about this PED thing, i'm sure the NSAC have already warranted such tests to be done on said samples, and guess what, Manny still tested negative.. Coz to me if Floyd really wanted in his heart to get rid of PED use in boxing, why not just challenge the commission to have these random blood samples to be tested for PED use and expose the cheaters... Coz right now, even if Manny eventually agreed to full OSDT and get tested negative of PEDS, you haters will just say Manny cycled out of the drug use in time for such testing, it's a no win situation for Manny...

With your infinite knowledge, please share with us how these outside agencies would conduct these neutral tests that Arum claims he wants. Would the Germans or British fly to Las Vegas and the Phillipines each week, take the blood samples, fly back to Germany or Great Britian to test them and then call the Nevada Athletic Commission with the results? Or would they simply stay in the U.S. for two months, take the samples and test them at the non-neutral USADA testing laboratories or another independent laboratory that does not have the resources to conduct the type of tests that the USADA does? Are you really this stupid? What part of "WADA does nor PERFORM testing" do you not understand? WADA doesn't have test-takers. The don't have DCO's. They have ZERO infrastructure , personnel, or experience in performing drug tests. And that is not their role. WADA is an ADMINISTRATIVE body. Philippines is a third world country, PSC will oversee the OST with the supervision of WADA/IOC, i'm guessing either they have the required laboratory equipment already in the Philippines or the nearest would be in China...

Fine! WHO is "more competent" than USADA? Name them!! There are a lot of anti doping agency outside of U.S.A. that is also under the umbrella of IOC,... GBP and TR can choose anyone of them to set this straight and fair for BOTH parties.. You may say that WADA is the governing body of all international meets under the IOC, but for the richest event in the last century to happen, even the president of WADA will have no problem doing it himself... WADA on Olympic season only requires local agencies to do the tests for them and help them because of the sheer number of athletes that were needed to be tested in such a short period of time, but we are only talking about 2 athletes here and it will take maybe an atmost of 2-3 competent staff from WADA to do the job, so now what is wrong with that??... No. It makes zero difference. Olympic runners, marathoners, wrestlers, swimmers, etc ALL get blood tested on the day of competition. I would bet you that Floyd would be willing to agree that they BOTH get tested on competition day. I stressed a FACT that USADA made the testing for both Floyd and Mosley exactly 1 day apart, wherein both fighters have the common idea that they will be tested exactly on the same time and date but still USADA chose not to... So if they do the same with Manny, and extract blood from Manny on the day of the fight while Floyd had his the day before, it would greatly affect Manny more than Floyd, it may just be partly psychological but still that's an advantage in favor of Floyd.. Let me ask you this, will you permit USADA to make the 1day discrepancy but only now, it will be Floyd who will be getting the 1day delay???

It was still random testing though. Floyd or Mosley never knew they were gonna stop at 18 days. For all they knew, they could have been tested any day during those last 18 days. That's what random OST is. You FLOMOS do all know that Floyd's blood test ended 18days prior to the fight while Mosley had 17days prior... I think this is were all the suspicious thinking came from, Bob and team Pac saw it, so now they are questioning USADA's unbiased method of OSDT.. A fair OSDT should end at exactly the same time as for both fighters, not 1minute apart, not 1hour apart and definitely not 1DAY APART.. With this in mind, what will prevent USADA for doing the same thing with the Floyd-Manny fight, they can easily do both tests with 1week discrepancy and they would still be perceived to be fair... So it's kinda understandable for Bob to suggest a much more NEUTRAL agency to oversee the blood tests... So what the F**** is wrong with that???!!! I just want this fight to happen, why won't you FLOMOS??!!!
