So what is exactly wrong with having the WADA (the anti-doping agency of the IOC) coordinate and monitor the test? Is it because it can impose the strict rules which include taking samples of blood and urine, both during, or in-competition, as well as OUT-OF-COMPETITION, which can occur at anytime, at any location, without any advanced notice? Maybe it's because the WADA can choose any accredited laboratory to conduct the test? Or maybe it's wrong because WADA will have to disregard Floyd's version of testing which apparently the USADA was agreeable to? IS THERE ANYTHING UNFAIR IN ASKING THE IOC TO OVERSEE THE TESTING? These questions are directed to all who continue to insist on using only Floyd's appointed body to conduct the testing based on his accusation. So you're saying the USADA (United States Anti Doping Agency) is Floyd's appointed body?

WADA will be the one to oversee things but they can get people from USADA. In simplest things, theyre perhaps asking that Tygart should be out of this.

And in the Philippines USADA has no jurisdiction, they will have to adhere to PSC's rules and regulations under WADA's supervision, if that is the case...then how would a "neutral" agency have the jurisdiction to come to America and test Mayweather??...if the USADA can't go to the Philippines to test Manny because they have "no jurisdiction," then how would the British, or German, or Italian, or any other equivalent organization have ANY claim to jurisdiction over testing Floyd here in the states??... oh...right...they wouldn't...

next time before you know it flomos will require pacquiao to train 100% in the US and not in the Philippines. or floyd will demand it, pacquiao should do his training in the US if he will be fighting in the US, nothing's impossible even if its BS to floyd and the flomos.

Now i ask you this, what if Manny chose to do his entire training schedule solely inside Philippine territory, USADA won't have any authority over him, it would be the PSC's job to oversee the drug tests and they are under WADA and NADO's rules and regulations... What will be your take on this as a flomo, and what will be Floyd's reaction?? Will Floyd still insist on USADA to do the tests on Manny when clearly they don't have the authority???!!! So now my last point is, why not give Arum a chance to get an outside agency under NADO that will be hired by both TR and GBP, that will have jurisdiction over BOTH FIGHTERS, this is a much better proposal don't you think!!!! nice and direct to the point..... if both camps are agreed to have a testing agency other than usada, then it is what it is...it is now a matter of both camps agreeing to who... in principle, the testing issue is basically cleared.....

You have not answered my question: How many WADA-approved laboratories are there in the Philippines? So how will they test Pac when he is in training in the Philippines if the USADA is the one doing the testing?
