think so?to me it seems like people have asked for donaire to fight rigondeaux more than any other fighter past or present
Mares-Donaire would be huge in LA. Could be put in Staples Center.
Donaire legacy fight. Extremely high risk and low low low reward. Rigondeaux likes to use his movement and pot shot guys. Donaire not going to allow that and will get in and use his power. Can Riggy take the punishment? We'll see.
I like Donaire by UD.
Are we including only including opponents who were on the P4P list when they fought each other?
For example when Roy Jones Jr. beat Hopkins B-Hop wasn't on the P4P list until a few years later. and Roy Jones beat Tito but Tito had been off the P4P list for a few years.
That wouldn't make any sense. The list should be of people that were on the Top 10 P4P at anytime in their career.
Roy Jones beating BHop should be a +1 for his count and BHop beating RJJ should be a +1 for his list. It's like when people say "this guy beat X number of hall of fame fighters." They werent in the hall of fame when they fought....
Would be a nice touch.
I wonder how his death and absence is going to affect Wlad going forward...
Agreed. Would be a nice touch.
I'm going to imagine Wlad will be getting pointers here and there from his team, but will probably go through the motions and mostly train himself. There aren't threats out there with the speed to get around the jab anyhow..
I thought I read something recently(cant remember if Fat Dan wrote it or someone else) that Taylor's return was going to be at MW and not at SMW.
Can anyone clarify this?
Guzman's best win by far is the clinic he put on Soto. BUT, Guzman does not belong at 140 or 147. Can guarantee he will come 5lbs over whatever limit is set to anyway.
He let a good thing pass with his laziness and I'm not sure if anyone other than ESPN2 will gamble anymore and put him on TV regardless...
At the end of the day, Nonito still gave Narvaez his first loss EVER. Despite it being in a weight class that Narvaez isn't suited in, that's impressive.
Cars like that are about the worst investment a rich person could make. The depreciation is so signifcant matched with its near useless capabilities(you're not going 150mph in these things ANYWHERE, unless ofcourse you're Arthur Abraham) that you'd probably get more of a thrill by setting $150,000+ on fire. Giving out 50 Rolex's to his posse would have been more rewarding.
Ferraris don't depreciate as quickly as you think. With a two-year waiting list, a 458 Italia will retain much of its value after one or two years. And he's only driving it when he's in the States so the mileage will remain low.
All my points says Manny Pacquiao drives this car less than 5 times.
See he doesn't need the image boost. lol the guy is already known everywhere, and this car is not going to get him more vag. The car simply doesnt fit his lifestyle. Manny Pacquiao is inspirational. He's definitely not cool by any means IMO.
9-3 Donaire. Donaire didn't look like a top 10 P4P and please don't compare that to Pacquiao-Clottey, Pacquiao hit Clottey way more and looked way better.
Clottey is no Narvaez either.
It came down to Narvaez feeling Donaires power in the third and being content on just finishing the fight. Same way Mosley felt after Pacquiao knocked him down. Same way Johnson felt against Klitschko.
These guys are getting the best paychecks of their lives but EVERYONE is counting them out. That takes a mental toll on someone. When they get into the ring and realize they can't win, the last thing they want to do is get knocked out. So these fighters stay defensive and the fans get a crappy fight.
Robert "the Ghost" Guerrero vs Antonio Demarco...
Basically, Robert Guerrero vs tough boxer, with a similar style, that isn't going to be shorter than him come fight night.
Demarco's not exactly p4p, but he's still pretty good. Guerrero isn't exactly a super flashy fighter. He's good, B level elite, but he's not very fast, or notably powerful.
I think this is a pretty competitive match-up...
What do u guys think...
(And try not to just say who u think would win, try to say how if u can)
Guerrero is VERY underrated(mostly due to his inactivity). He would box circles around Demarco just like Linares did but his face would hold up and not breakup as easy. Demarco is a lightweight anyway.
Man, this isn't helping the white people can't dance stereotype.
That's any club, but I thought Lou was holding his own to be honest.
:banana::banana::banana:
good luck to him.
I think it's a great move to get Robert Garcia. Robert doesn't seem like the guy to take any cry baby ****, especially from a white boy. Pavlik is going to get a reality check in Cali. It's not Ohio.
According to fat Dan's twitter, Pavlik IS leaving Jack Loew for Robert Garcia!
WOW.
EDIT: Here's the story..
