The police department did not release his identify, but law enforcement sources identified the alleged shooter to ABC News as Laurel, Maryland, resident Jarrod Ramos.

I'm hearing there was a lawsuit involving defamation that this guy lost.

As I said in my first post here, odds are it's a nut or an angry employee.

I knew an Italian guy when I was in the Marines named Ramos. Don't know if hes a Trump supporter though. But lets be honest with our selves, when it comes to criminals stereotypes usually fit. But hey hes also an Arab which would've been my second guess. If it were a gang or drug shooting, Id assume it were Black or Hispanic. Angry/disgruntled shooter is typically white.
