What's funny is the OP is trying hard to convince himself of something that he knows is real.....lol
Even funnier is hoping others to join in on his nonsense, only to have whites ITT admit to benefiting from white privileged.

Have a convo with someone of color who works in HR, payroll, etc....and you will hear many cases of whites being paid more than people of color (and never the other way around), with the same title and experience in the field. Also, whites being hired with FELONIES that would have a person of color not even considered for said job. There's a reason why salary information is not always easily accesible. Sorry....but white privilege exists...it just doesn't reach all whites.Last edited by Mike Haynes; 05-29-2015, 09:45 PM.

Americans have a disproportionate exposure to the history of Black slavery so it isn't surprising that they have the impression that black Americans were uniquely oppressed. The entirety of human history is a sordid story of enslavement, oppression and revolution and although legal slavery has been eradicated throughout the civilised world it still continues elsewhere and illegitimate slavery happens throughout the West too principally through prostitution and human trafficking.
