ya precursors is just a simple way of saying it helps your body generate natural glutamine.

            - Whey protein, 50g + 16 oz milk after workouts -- total of 72g protein

            - Water, about a half gallon a day, plus another half gallon during workouts

            - Some type of "men's health" multivitamin / mineral / herbal supplement

            That's it.

ok you wont need any creatine since your 16 i wouldnt touch that stuff if i were you till i was 21. so no creatine.

now its simple you need to eliminate soda, candy and junk food from your diet...i you want reward yourself on saturday you can have 1 cheat day where you can some junk food...its something to look forward too for eating clean all week.

if you want a clean bulk and put on some mass you gotta eat 6 meals a day or id say 4 small meals every 3 hours and 2 shakes a day.

ill hook you up with a diet food program a bit later...

you need to stop doing 50 press ups a night lol.

id say you can still go the the boxing gym but follow a 3 day week weight training agenda...concentrate on compound movements...

you will put newb gains on anywhere around 10-20 pounds of weight especially since your a beginner.

but id just advice you not to lift to heavy cause your not done growing in height your only 16 years old...so id focus on diet and cutting carbs out after 6pm.

guys dont stop growing till their 21.

creatine is naturally found in meats, especially red meat so theres no point in saying dont take creatine until ur 21...

if he wants to box, theres no point in him trying to gain mass either
