again...its like whey...its found in normal foods

um i wouldnt suggest for teens to take creatine...your statements are very strange.

first you say creatine is normal yes it is...and testosterone is normal too but high amounts are not...do you realize you told the guy going up in weight is not natural? but yet you say creatine is ok for a 16 year old to take?

you best be careful what kinda advice you give to a teen....

I dont advise creatine for teens at all! so who cares if you know many teens taking it their has yet to be a long term study on it...

if i were the kid id just stick with, whey protien, multivitamins, EFAs and a good nutrition from real foods.

but his body may still be growing so i already told him he might not get the gains he is looking for because he is only 16 alot of 16 year olds are lanky because there body hasnt filled out yet because its still growing in height.

lmao your funny hahah it means you gain fat faster they have ecto, meso and endomorph...the ideal is mesomorph they have the best genetics they can gain muscle and lose fat easy.

ectomorphs has small bones are skinny and hardgainers.

endomorphs are like mesomorph but they are fat and soft they gain fat easy.

but most people are a combination of 2.

            im an ecto-meso.

if you stopped training you will be fat then you are a endomorphic body...my friend was that way too he was kinda chubby but he trained everyday either playing basketball or doing cardio and when he got injured he got so fat in 5 months he put on 35 pounds.
