the only supplement that is important would be L-Glutamine.

i get the rest of my stuff (like protein) from chicken and eggs.

              yes glutamine is good.

but man im telling you having a good whey protien powder is easy on the stomach! I cannot eat 6 meals a day its impossible for me i dont have that kinda appetite so i eat 3 to 4 meals and drink 2 or 3 shakes a day saves time...and this is to maintain my muscles.

the cellmass is the best creatine in my opinion it makes your muscles fuller...its not that old stuff its the new creatine.

supps are very benificial to fighters especially a few months before starting training if you wanna add size and strenght before a fight.

i wouldnt suggest taking creatine while training for a fight that means dont take it when your into your 8 week training before fight time and only use it if your looking to go up in weight it helps.

but i suggest for all boxers to supplement with a good Whey protien for the day time and post workout since it absorbs into the body fast. especially drink syntha 6 or a good casien shake 35 minutes before bed it helps yoru bod stop catabolism and feeds the muscles slowly while you sleep.

doesn't Optimum Nutrition 100% gold standard whey protein already contain L-Glutamine?

what's the difference between the one in the whey and the one here:
