you're kinda getting a late start. These kids are starting up at 10 and even earlier (even though they can't fight they are starting up early) So these kids have a big time jump on you, some having 50+ bouts, and even more, by the time you get your first fight. Find a gym where you can spar 5 times a week or you are just wasting your time and energy. I started fighting at 14, beat some guys with over 100 fights by the time I was 16. Even fought defending national champs. Having only 12 bouts or so when I fought him, he had a good number of bouts under his belt including his national title. You can do this but you need more than 3 times sparring a week to do it. I'll bet that these kids that you'll fight train and spar 5 times a week if not more.

I know I am, I regret not starting it way sooner, what can I do if there are no other gyms in my area? I'm trying to get my coaches to let me spar more.

Your are doing just fine, keep at it, recommend sparring more over doing weights in the gym.

Since I can't find any other gyms near me, tonight im gonna ask my friend if he would do me a favor and spar with me everday (I hit him light while he has padding and he hits full contact and I have a mouth guard in) In return for using my home gym, what do you guys think? 3 rounds a day 6 days a week alright, more then that? Less?

It seems like you devote a lot of time to training, but it's difficult to tell how hard you train, or how fit/competent you are at this point. After reading your opening post, you indicate that it takes you 80 minutes to run 6 miles; but you only usually find 40 minutes in the morning and get through 3 miles?

If this is true I'd recommend focusing on cardio rather than weights. I know ladies in their 60s and 70s that can run rather further than 3 miles in 40 mins....

I defiantly can run more then 3 miles in 40 minutes, the problem is i'm flat footed medically (not in boxing terms) and it really hurts, after running for a while I really have to slow it down cause by this time my feet are killing me, my ankles are sore and my shins have sharp pain all over them, so to be able to run the full 6 miles without stopping at all I have to take it slow, I could run it in a lot faster time if I took brakes every mile or so which i usually do, just 30-40 seconds off my feet.

I also try to train as hard as i can at least i think, it's pointless to train so much if i''m not trying 100 percent, right?

I'd recommend running sprints then, if your feet hurt from long distances. Sprint for a couple minutes then jog and rest for a minute. Simulate a boxing round
