Omg this is hilarious, no offense.
I just know what kind of person you are.
You have will to do all that training (which i doubt is even true(not that it is impossible but a guy that trains like this doesnt spend their time seeking approval on internet forum)) and you dont have the balls to tell your dad to **** off and let you do boxing only and not the ****ing taekwando. Lol

Why would I lie about how much I train? What would be the point in doing that, you would have to be straight ******ed to lie about that. I don't have natural talent in this sport so I need to work as hard as I physically can to become good, my problem is there are people who spend literally all day in there gyms working and I can't do that, and i'm trying to fit as much training as I can and i'm worried it's not enough, I am asking do I need to find time to do more? This isn't me wanting gratification for how much i'm training, I have a dream and i'm chasing it, but i know it's not something easy to accomplish, I'm just look for advice on a forum. And no i don't because again if i try to quit he'll pull me out of boxing, and it's not like I can move out at 16.

Its like you dont even understand the importance of going to the boxing gym.

that's the problem though, I would quit but if i try to he will force me to quit boxing, I live under his house I wouldn't have a choice, I know how important it is but the only boxing gym near me is only open on Mondays, Wednesdays and thursdays. From 4:30 to 6:30, theres not much I can do about how long it's open for.

Now i'm a little worried i'm not training enough, this is a very basic amount of time of how much I train, it can vary. If you're wondering why I even train taekwondo it's because if i don't my dad won't let me do boxing.
Mondays, ab workout (20 minutes), running as far as I can in the morning in the 40 minutes I have, If i fail to get up in the morning i'll run at night(my goal is to get 6 miles in 40 minutes like Muhammad ali use to ran, takes me 80 mins atm, a lot of the time i'll run both times, and 2 hours at the boxing gym, taekwondo at home(taekwondo while at home is just going through a few forms, takes 20 minutes and is the same everyday.
Tuesdays, rest day excluding a bit of foot work drills
Wednesdays, running (it's the same everyday for running) 2 hours at the boxing gym, upper body weight lifting, 2 hours,(5 minutes between sets) taekwondo training at home.
Thursdays, running, two hours at boxing gym, lower body weight lifting 2 hours(6 minutes between sets), Taekwondo training at home.
Fridays, running, taekwondo class 1.5 hours, ab workout, 2 hours of boxing stuff at home
saturdays, running, 2 hours of boxing at home, upper body weight lifting for two hours, taekwondo training at home.
Sundays, running, 2 hours of lower body weight lifting, 2 hours of boxing at home, taekwondo training at home.
Is this enough training for me to become a good boxer, i'll train more if needed but I am already pressed for time doing all this and I still have school, and a job, and homework to do, also i'm 16 which i'm guessing matters. Thanks for the advice or even spending time to read all this I truly appreciate it.
2 hours of weight lifting is way too much time in the gym, and the manner in which you are weightlifting is going to either be detrimental or have a positive impact on fighting. 5 mins rest time is wayy to much between sets. You shouldn't be lifting more than 75% 1 rep max, you should be doing circuit training (with little to no rest) and supersets. You need to only do specific exercises, and every exercise should done using only explosive movements. If you are just lifting heavy, taking long breaks between sets, you are building the wrong kind of muscle for boxing and taekwondo. You want to be fast and explosive, not bulky/heavy. You should probably cut down on any arm specific training (ie no curls of any type, no tricep presses). You can work shoulders, and should do a lot of compound exercises. Widegrip pull ups, lat pull downs, etc.
I wouldn't recommend boxing at home honestly. I'd recommend only getting your boxing specific training done in the boxing gym, and when you are home just do general conditioning, etc. Work on footwork, head movement, boxing specific calisthenics, maybe some shadow boxing, def jump rope, but do not work on punching particularly in combos. If your coach says you have a jab with good form, then I'd maybe work on developing that jab (if you have a bag). Otherwise save the punching for when you are in the boxing gym and have coaches/trainers guidance.
If you are honestly doing all of what you say, then incorporate another rest day and cut down your time in the weight lifting gym. You are dedicating sooo much time to boxing and training that you are definitely going to get burnt out at some point. Even if you enjoy it, mentally it will take its toll. If you are young (which it sounds like you are if you are slightly controlled by your dad) you have a lot of time to develop. Don't burn the candle at both ends, make sure you are getting adequate rest, proper nutrition and a lot of water, and make sure that you are still focused on school.
Best of luck and ignore the negative comments from people.

I can tell that your already better than Ali could ever be at "taekwondo"............A true expert!
So forget about boxing, listen to your father and concentrate on school and finding a meaningful career that benefits you monetarily and adds to your mental and physical health.
Good luck and goodbye!
