Now i'm a little worried i'm not training enough, this is a very basic amount of time of how much I train, it can vary. If you're wondering why I even train taekwondo it's because if i don't my dad won't let me do boxing.
Mondays, ab workout (20 minutes), running as far as I can in the morning in the 40 minutes I have, If i fail to get up in the morning i'll run at night(my goal is to get 6 miles in 40 minutes like Muhammad ali use to ran, takes me 80 mins atm, a lot of the time i'll run both times, and 2 hours at the boxing gym, taekwondo at home(taekwondo while at home is just going through a few forms, takes 20 minutes and is the same everyday.
Tuesdays, rest day excluding a bit of foot work drills
Wednesdays, running (it's the same everyday for running) 2 hours at the boxing gym, upper body weight lifting, 2 hours,(5 minutes between sets) taekwondo training at home.
Thursdays, running, two hours at boxing gym, lower body weight lifting 2 hours(6 minutes between sets), Taekwondo training at home.
Fridays, running, taekwondo class 1.5 hours, ab workout, 2 hours of boxing stuff at home
saturdays, running, 2 hours of boxing at home, upper body weight lifting for two hours, taekwondo training at home.
Sundays, running, 2 hours of lower body weight lifting, 2 hours of boxing at home, taekwondo training at home.
Is this enough training for me to become a good boxer, i'll train more if needed but I am already pressed for time doing all this and I still have school, and a job, and homework to do, also i'm 16 which i'm guessing matters. Thanks for the advice or even spending time to read all this I truly appreciate it.
1. Get a personal trainer, a good one! May be one that also knows a lot about nutrition. Even if it’s one session a week at $50!!!
2. Start tough hard sparring sessions probably 2x a week, spar with experienced people.
3. What’s your diet like? What’s the macros like?
4. Are you aiming for HW division if so, forget the weights and do some athletic training.
5. What’s your baseline natural abilities? Can you instinctively dodge punches? Are you naturally heavy handed, when you punch does it thud and move a heavy bag?

I'll have to look at one in my area, you mean one specifically for boxing right? Okay i'll look, Sometimes I think about doing heavy weight because idk it just has most of my fav boxers in there and I enjoy looking at fights more
Okay i'll try to make that happen
currently i'm at roughly 4400 cals with 200 grams of protein, 575 grams of carbs and 150 grams of fat, my micro nutrients are filled up completely 5 days a week by whole foods tracked by cronometer, and I have 2 cheat days a week with roughly the same macro nutrient values
My trainer said I aint really naturally gifted with boxing but I got heart, i think I am pretty sure I have a damn good chin and I know i'm good at handling pain or just not noticing it at all, my trainers have also said my punches are that of a 20 + year old man but I'm not sure if that's from natural ability or me just improving, I do have flat feet which is a problem.

For conditioning and weights just fownload "infinite intensity" and you got whole program there its goof but i added some more things. For bocing drills you gotta well watch yt and all that... A lot of shadow boxing, slip bag... For weights only do plyo and some low rep compound exercises but all of that is explained in the book. Its written by Ross Enamait who is one crazy mother****er.

How long can you currently spar for, rounds and minutes?
