Maybe you should buy running shoes? Some people dont really appreciate how much of a difference they make. I could only run 20min in futsal shoes and tge same day i bought myself some nice Asics for 200$ i could run until I got bored and without any pain in joints or anywhere. You MUST have running shoes.

Also update, got my friend to spar with me today, he hesitated a lot and felt off about punching me int eh face, he got better at the end and i think he should get it down soon, I tried acting really ****y and pissing him off, it almost worked but not quite

I'm rather flat footed (medically, pretty good about being on my toes boxing-wise), I wear adidas. The cloudfoam ultimate aren't too expensive, and are probably the best feeling pair of shoes I've owned in a few years. I had the questar running shoes but they didn't fit well in the heel and aren't as comfortable as the cloadfoam ult. Good for running and cross training.

I just wear the shoes with no insoles.

I wear Sof Sole Airr Performance Insole in my boxing boots.

Why would you wear insoles in your boxing shoes? What, the feeling that you are stepping in quicksand in an amateur competitive ring isn't soft enough for you? I'd say that there is little chance that you know what a pro ring feels like. So what gives Stay Puff Marshmallow man? …...Rockin'

lol I wear them when I train and spar because I have flat feet. They aren't like normal insoles, they replace the actual insole in the boxing shoes and just absorb some of the impact. Look em up.

Never claimed to be a pro.
