      • im gunna actually do this soon... the first post says ' post a pic then post anotheri n 6 weeks showing the transformation...

        i had my first fight in august... and took sept n october off.. im going back to training next week, so this will motivate me a little to train harder.. as no fight is lined up...

        i am NOT posting my pic up yet, ill post both of them in 6 weeks, as a before and after comparison...

        i am taking my BEFORE picture... tomorrow night.. so itll start a new week and everything... so sun oct 26th will be day 1 of my training.. and dec 6th will be the last day of training and ill take my AFTER picture on that saturday...

        ill post the pics on dec 7th!

          • I did this sort of but i should have said i wanted to be part of this contest.

            Anyways back at the end of may i weight around 225 pounds and i am about 6'2. My grandma got a treadmill which the doctor recommended she walk on for some excercise. Anyways i put it together and it was a huge *****. After finally completing it i was proud of myself and said i went through hell putting it together so i might as well use it.

            From about June to about August i used the treadmill more or less everyday for about 40 minutes. I still ate the same but i ate 2 to 3 times less. I hardly ever eat any sweets now like cake or donuts. I would give a long explanation of how bad i would eat but i dont think you all are interested in all that.

            Anyways from June 1st when i began i weighed around 220 pounds. Now today I THINK i am around 185 pounds, but i checked that around a month ago. I should be around there or thinner.

                    seriously dude, i know alot of people that have six packs(but they skinny as ****), it aint even impressive when you have one and are that thin

                      Sorry, I forgot boxing judges gave you extra points for having big muscles.

                      And if I'm doing alright in the strength side of boxing, I think it's safe to say that being skinny isn't a problem. I'd rather fight at 152 and have the range than go up to 165 and lose much of my advantage.

                      Nice looking muscles don't mean **** in boxing.
