only use whey protein powder from a Danish brand.
And I fuel my body with lots of ecological vegetables, ecological meat, skyr (diary product with lots of protein), tuna, oats, eggs, green tea and dark chocolate :-)
Used to take Omega-3 fish oil, but stopped as I eat fish for lunch 3-4 times a week.

whey is not a completel protein ,casein is superior along with milk proteins, spirulina ...the best protein is hemp if you dont care about taste..... creatine mono...beta alanine, and agmatine sulfate are the top 3 natural enhancing substances ,when combined .
Co enzyme 1 / omega fats / co enzyme Q 10 along with REAL vitamins preferably from a quality super green products are a smart move, you can even throw in aloe vera juice which will also speed up recovery.Last edited by juggernaut666; 06-13-2015, 10:27 AM.

Probably going to commence using oxyshred to get me down from the high 170s down to 152. Been back training for 6 weeks, started out pretty light now increasing intensity, only been running 2x or so a week but still i would have thought i would have lost some weight training 5x a week. I haven't really lost any weight at all, maybe like 5lbs. I've lost muscle mass from my arms and chest though, and somewhat of a reduction in belly fat, but nothing that impressive. I dunno like obviously the main goal in boxing is functional fitness and not to look like a fitness model, but its a bit disappointing how you look a lot less muscular and cut than when you are lifting a few x a week.
