I only take Real vitamins aka Whole food vitamins, I don't mess with those Centrum crap that don't even have enough of the vitamins in them.
Coq10 is one of my favorites! that stuff works big time you have to get a a top quality one though, but that stuff works it increases my stamina and gives me more energy.
Aloe Vera juice helps also, I drink it with cranberry juice, if you want to speed up recovery drink organic whole cherry juice or eat cherries.
Warning never eat an actual aloe plant or the gel you will get hepatitis or liver damage **** is poisonous. you gotta drink the juice that has removed the irritate product from the leaf.
