Dissolvable vitamin C first thing in the morning
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey + Optimum Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate post work-out

This is most days but I'm not religious about it... to be honest I felt a BIG difference for several months after first using creatine last year (felt more pumped up and could go harder for longer in a workout) which has kind of gone now, and I'm not gonna buy another tub after this one runs out at least for a while just to see what happens.

I'm kind of cynical about using supplements in general but a protein-shake seems legit to me (no ****)

I've never felt more pumped up than after that day you got me to **** up some of that Vitamin C mixed with Normal Saline.

I immediately looked at my heavy bag and felt like winging punches into it,..

Compound found in watermelon, has some legit studies backing it's efficacy, one of the few supps that have legit evidence backing it. Shown to reduce delayed onset muscle soreness, repititions to failure during weightlifting and improve time to fatigue in aerobic exercise.

just eat natural and take whole food vitamins.

maybe not the whey itself, but most whey protein blends are full of additives and chemicals

                  almost everything is a chemical.

To answer the thread, Whey, Creatine, cod liver oil and multivitamins.
