  • Good stuff on that shoulder press and bench pr, Reed. You're gonna be benching 400 before you know it.

    I was able to get back on the bench yesterday. I eased back into with some light weight. Felt a little pain in the shoulder, but for the most part I worked the soreness out. I mean, I'm still sore, but it's to the point now that it's nothing I can't handle.

    Crushed triceps today, with some light biceps. Hoping things are back to normal completely next week.

          Normal weight is 198-201.

          Binged in denver for 5 days straight... my stomachs FULL lol

          Day 1 weight. 205lbs

          • Question..is it a good idea to workout while you are sick?? been battling a cold for the last 4 days...havent been to the gym since Tuesday and i am getting upset..feel like i am missing out...Is it a good idea to go to the gym with a cough, runny nose and chest congestion? or should i just wait it out?

              • Went in on my arms today..decided that on arm day i will only do arms and give leg day their own day as well..Felt good doing it to, felt i worked them out much better..........Question do you guys curl heavy?? or do light curls with a lot of reps?

                  • In a week what does your workout plan look like? and your diet??
                    i have been like this but think i need a more detailed workout plan

                    monday-chest/back/abs/cardio
                    Tuesday-arms,abs cardio
                    Wed-legs/abs
                    thursday-off
                    Friday-chest/back ,abs cardio
                    Saturday-arms,abs,cardio
                    Sunday off

                    and my diet is fish,chicken,lean pork and beef with lots of vegetables..but i am not sure if i am eating enough because after i eat i still seem to be hungry all the time..i am guessing my metabolism has speeded up

                    i am thinking maybe one day i should have just a cardio day where i do extreme cardio...thoughts?
