lol..seriously i be so into my workouts i breakout into full shadow boxing combo's out of nowhere and just get stares...sometimes when i am on a machine i start punching it(not hard ,lol) but people think i am insane...then i grab the 5 pound dumbells and go crazy with them throwing combos,ducking and sliding my feet....lol
I go to two gyms - the YMCA for lifting weights, exercise machines and convenience (it's a 5 min walk from my house) and a boxing gym in the city. I frequently bust out and start shadow boxing at the Y between weight lifting reps. I've occasionally gotten the odd stare. **** it, I love shadow boxing
Yeah, military press is pretty much the definition of a compound exercise.
And I think my shoulders just got a little sore just THINKING about 285 lbs. That's some big boy weight, right there.

Killed my arms and shoulders today..getting a lot stronger..curled 70 pound dumbells today...did some good cardio...bout to go hit the community center and play some basketball in awhile..feeling great
DId chest today...took Reed's advice and split gave chest and back their own days...raised my bench max to 275 today...very proud of that..seeing lots of improvement and im excited...DEDICATION HARDWORK!!!!
