I put up 250lbs on a military press machine a month ago. Now im putting up 235lbs 4 reps max free weights on military press. Still stuck at 315lbs for 3 to 4 reps on bench press. Doing youre 5 for 5s on curls Reed. They feel good. Doing 50lbs dumb bells. Upped my jogging to 5 miles at least 3 times a week.

Some people use them, and you can.. and it CAN help... You also... don't need your legs at all to bench strong. Let's just say, it's not the first thing you should be grasping towards to increase your bench.
My bench max has gone from 305 to 350 in one year... In that year I barely squatted at all, never dead lifted.
Consistency, REST, and a good bench plan will do it.

got my max up 10 pounds from last week on the bench, feeling great
