Apparently it can be a number of things, I knew I didn't up my water intake when I started taking creatine but my Protein ratio vs any other sort of food definitely played a part. I also drink loads of milk supposedly excess calcium can cause them too.

I tend to avoid anything that might cause a kidney stone now since once you get one you are susceptible to getting another. It might be ****** to avoid drinking too much milk now and eating huge amounts of fibre along with my protein but I never, ever, ever want to piss anything solid out of my d*ck again.

    • Hell of a job on the cut, Reed. It takes real discipline. Keep it up.

Are you noticing any differences in strength as you cut weight? In the only real cut cycle that I ran correctly, I could tell that I was getting a little weaker as I got lighter. Nothing too significant, but I could definitely tell.

      • Hit the weights like a ****in madman on Sunday and couldn't sleep because my arms, shoulders, back ached so much.

Did a brisk 2 mile jog after work today, stopped at the exercise area did some pullups, pushups, dips, etc. Feel good now

Hard to get everything in, in only 3 days.
I agree with this. Unless you're doing a full body routine, which I don't really like anyway because I feel like you're cheating yourself in areas.

Even if you're doing an upper body/lower body, seems like you would need 4 days.

Too much ab workout, homie. 1 time a week is plenty. Abs are gonna show according to what you eat, not how many ab workouts you do.

I never understood how people could do chest AND back on the same day. I wouldn't be able to get out of bed the next day.
