You say let's talk, and then the only thing you respond with is all press is good press?
What press are you talking about? This isn't press, it's a boxing forum, lol. You think way too highly of yourself. Nobody cares, the only thing that will get you the fame and glory you are seeking is if you actually fight or train world champs. other than that you are another in the "million style" voices being heard on the internet and not a very good one at that. I think you get bothered because on your youtube channel you are used to mostly white collar types who don't know the first thing about boxing praising your knowledge and understanding of the sport. When you get in a place like this that's filled with coaches and fighter or hardcore fans of the sport and they don't shower you with the same praise, you don't like it.
grow up man, seriously, grow up.

I agree with Benny. This guy Barry has some boxing knowledge but he's very immature. I commented on one of his videos and pointed out something that he missed, after saying the video was nice, and he said "I'm not perfect, show me your videos" and then blocked me. He clearly doesn't react well to criticism which is weird for somebody who's trying to have a scholarly approach to boxing.

You should have called the thread Stepping into the Ring Can be Very Dangerous.
Diaz poorly feints at which you see Marquez slightly biting. Diaz immediately follows up with jab and Marquez just continues his momentum forward with a right hand over top.
Poor feint and a jab after, just going through the motions without using your eyes/mind. Diaz should have seen the jolt forward by Marques when he feinted, causing some sort of reaction from Diaz. But instead of using his eyes Diaz just continued through firing the jab after the feint at which time Marquez pounced on him with a right hand to the face.
It's called 'going through the motions', without using your eyes/mind. Know what I mean? ................... Rockin'Last edited by Rockin'; 04-24-2013, 02:30 PM.

There is nothing more humiliating than lowering yourself to the level of the e-thug.
You don't conform to any typical internet stereotype Barry. You're not a sheep after all.
Well done mate. In response to normal replies, you first result to an arrogant sarcasm, underhanded insults and then later when people bring you up on it, you resort to the bastion of the truly insecure. The e-challenge.

honestly, if this is what you're going to end up posting, you should delete your account, especially if you consider yourself a boxing coach.

A lot of you guys come on here with characters. No different that why alot of people from the UK go to Thailand. Cause they can almost say and do whatever they want without being checked.
My name is Barry Robinson, I live in Norway, However I'm always traveling. I'm in the states 5 times a year between the east and west coast, GB, Europe, and Asia. I don't hide, I'm always available to speak to by phone or skype. No need to talk wreck-less to me like the guy I addressed via the internet. I didnt make any threats, I'm just wondering how you guys would talk to me, address me in person, in my face.
I think it would be a lot more respectful.

I'll second that motion! How I would love to meet a few here inperson, love it!!! hahahaha!!!! The internet is the hiding ground for know it all know nothings who won't use their real names and never discuss form or technique they just want to degrade and challenge. Theres a few here who have never fought, trained, managed or matched anyone or anything in the sport yet will challenge or degrade people who have worked inside the business. Everyone has an opinion but what its based on gives the opinion value! Ray

Your holier than thou morale comment means nothing to me, both of you. Frankly a lot of you guys are clowns. Yes I'm the bad guy..You guys like the WWE, it's shows how most of you talk boxing, so just consider me Razor Ramone, the Bad Guy.

if it looks like a clown, and acts like a clown, it's a clown.
passing off your "to my face" rhetoric as anything other than the childish and unprofessional retort that it is might work with complete morons, but as you've probably figured out, those aren't the guys in this thread.
"say that to my face" can only mean one thing. nobody is scared of you, barry. you'd be laughed out of a pro gym with that talk. nobody cares enough to go out of his way to tell some no name internet trainer that he's childish to his face. the internet is perfectly sufficient for that.
you might be able to impress some of the guys on this forum with your videos. bravo. the guys who actually know the sport will recognize your rhetoric for what it is; childish and unprofessional.
do you get paid to train fighters, and do you consider yourself a professional?
