that's the 405 and while its great - satellite locating gives me a LOT of ***** and my time is money, leave work early enough to sneak in a run before i get the kids and all that other jazz.
btw, your times are pretty good.
I think the 405 is the one up. The 305 is a touch bigger/probably heavier but is good for showing bleeding everything.....heart race, pace, distance, current lap time.
I don't have a problem getting a satellite signal. Normally takes about a minute to locate as I get stretches done.
And thanks for the compliment on the times. We've got an amazing group of local runners and I'm not even snapping at their heels. If some of those guys were to use their heart, lungs and legs for boxing.......they'd be difficult to outwork.
Think im gonna get someone to time me do a 100m sprint this wkend, im built more for that *****
Anybody know what they could do 100metres in?
no idea,
but yest AM I did the following sprint (and calesthetic and running) workout
(varying pullups and crunch types)
1) 10 pullups, 100 crunches
10 pullups, 100 crunches, 400 yd sprint
rest about 1 minute
400 yd sprint
rest a minute
2) 10 pullups, 100 crunches
10 pullups, 100 crunches, 300 yd sprint
rest about 1 minute
300 yd sprint
3) 10 pullups, 100 crunches
10 pullups, 100 crunches, 200 yd sprint
rest about 1 minute
200 yd sprint
4) 10 pullups, 100 crunches
10 pullups, 100 crunches, 100 yd sprint
rest about 1 minute
100 yd sprint
then i ran about the slowest mile and a half ever, i was literally moving a **** hair over walking but slower than speed walking by the end. took me I think 39 minutes for the whole workout.
