no). every human being has to create his own diet. and train like everyone else.
according to you, you can eat few carrots and 5 push-ups would keep you in shape.. com`n dude. common sense -
And I don't mean that. What mean if someone trained really hard, cardio, weights etc but didn't have the right diet, chocolate, crisps fizzy drinks etc, most say they wound't get a ripped shape.

It depends on your body. I've always been thin but with a huge appetite, I try to eat as much as I can and exercise regularly, sometimes intensely but usually pretty mild. I've gone on diets trying to get more cut up but it made me feel weak and pallid. I really feel the best when I'm eating everything in sight and all the sugar, carbs and calories are my energy in the gym. I'm literally always hungry, sometimes I wake up in the middle night feeling like I was thinking about food in a dream or something. I'm also young though, and I've been kind of restless and hyped up my whole life.Comment
