  • Would You Agree, It's 80% Diet?

20% training? Most say no matter how hard you train, if you dont have the right/good diet, you won't get the body you won't. Agree?

no). every human being has to create his own diet. and train like everyone else.

      I don't understand?

And I don't mean that. What mean if someone trained really hard, cardio, weights etc but didn't have the right diet, chocolate, crisps fizzy drinks etc, most say they wound't get a ripped shape.

And I was asking is this true?

        Agree 110%....

I think Arreola is prime example... I have no doubt he kills it in the gym, but its what he eats when he leaves.

Also do you have any info on Roys diet? In his prime Roy takes some beaten for abs and biceps. Was he a big weight lifter?

I actually do, I have a book that has about 25 HOF fighters and their training/diet habits... But I think a lot of Roys looks are genetics.. just great genes.

The guys ripped at 42 years old.

Yeah I have to agree. How much of big part do you feel they actually play?

It depends on your body. I've always been thin but with a huge appetite, I try to eat as much as I can and exercise regularly, sometimes intensely but usually pretty mild. I've gone on diets trying to get more cut up but it made me feel weak and pallid. I really feel the best when I'm eating everything in sight and all the sugar, carbs and calories are my energy in the gym. I'm literally always hungry, sometimes I wake up in the middle night feeling like I was thinking about food in a dream or something. I'm also young though, and I've been kind of restless and hyped up my whole life.
