        Thast from 6 months ago when i first decided to try boxing, at that point all i had done was read a book about boxing and struing up the bag

            I disagree with trunk twists though, thats a good way to get a lumbar strain on your back.

                bah, i was hoping to see how im supposed to hit the bag not the air. though id still like to see the shadow boxing for a speed refrence. what weight class do you fight at?

                    pretty good speed

                    Im at 213 ill have to record some shadow boxing with out gloves to really see the diffrence its not quite as close to hitting a bag as i was hoping.

                      actual it's easier to look fast when you hit the bag, because your arms are bouncing back a bit when you hit it. But yeah it would be cool if you record some shadowboxing to compare.
