lol now put on a size 10 - 14 gloves and let's see you use that speed to actually punch.

because you mentioned how it looks easier to hit a bag and all...i would like to gie you all a good laugh and show you this video.

This guy's a big internet tough guy/**** talker, yet I've never heard of him doing ANYTHING. He told me he doesn't train in a real gym because he can beat ANY fighter in the world HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA he said he loves MMA but he don't even know how to score a fight. Then he said he doesn't want to do MMA anymore, he wants to box, because his "world's fastest punches" would kill anyone in MMA and would prove better to outpunch Pacquiao....AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHAHAH

          enjoy

hmmm i can't seem to post youtube videos here...

"The world's fastest punches" ladies and gentleman HAHAHAHAHAHA

the whole thing about weight and no weights its a matter of if you shadow with weights then put down the weights your faster right? but its only temporary. if you incorperate that little boost into your routine regularly your body, muscles and nerves start to remember that speed and it slowly increases. you dont even really have to shadow with out before hand i reccomend it though for tiring you out so when you do shadow with out the weights your inherently throwing more for speed and less for power.
will do! Thanks man, i appreciate it

Aight, so here's the thing: Every single punch that you threw looked like it had no power, and were all angled to hit below the waist...

Take a good look at your video, do you really think that those uppercuts you were throwing are going to even HIT someone?

                Let alone do any damage?
