And btw, I'll definitely try the stuff Ylem advised. Might as well give it a shot and see eh.
Nah man... Please dont do that.
What works for me is: you got a combination in your head and you call it 1-2-3-4. SAY 1234 as fast as u can and then try to shadowbox that on the same speed. It may sound ****** but it works for me. Then atleast u got something to focus on.

sounds pretty good setting a speed faster then you can do and trying to catch up to it.

it would be really nice if some one could actually explain why my advice is bad, but atleast you gave advice so cheers for that.

I dont want to be an a$$hole but first u posting boxing videos of yourself who were totally crap on the latest stage and at the same time you are giving people advice. People expect to become better when they get advice and when they see your videos, they arent convinced of becoming better because you are already giving the wrong example in your videos for how to punch the bag.

Hmmmm i dont really see how training a muscle to increase its speed has anything to do with properly punching. i mean if i were giving advice on how to slip better or jab better thats one thing but if your asking how to increase speed or stamina its kinda universal.
