    Gazbo-You can get protein from better sources than milk, Milk is garbage in my book simple as that. When something is that packed with sugars and saturated fats it ISNT a good thing.

    Zip-Nothing is going to make your cartilige stronger, get it broken and get used to it if you box. The pain gets less painful after the first break.

    Rock-Bananas are one of the worst fruits you can eat, VERY STARCHY. Try some blueberries or something of that nature. Simply put Water is the best way to take your protein period, especially after a workout as it will get into your system and digest faster to build and rebuild what you broken down.

    Mixing it with water after a workout, Mixing it with Juice or fat free milk if you must would be ok in the evening. Although get use to the water mixed in it really isnt all THAT bad.

    spinksy spinks, i think protein smoothies taste like ass without bannanas but they do give you a good amount of potassium...plus apes and **** eat them and they can tear peoples arms off and ****, you cant argue with a gorilla, seriously

      • Dyl-G a banana is also high in fructose which after a workout isnt something you want as it adds fuel to the fire in slowing down digestion.

        Gorillas also eat **** that very well may not be their own...Want some?


        Gazbo-I wouldnt really recommend trying to make a homemade shake, because your choices would be limited. Your best bet would be to get a cheap tub of whey. Their are many places that sell a 5 pound tub for ab out 20 american dollars that will do any person fine using 1 scoop and that will last about 5 months.

        • kk. just i read on another website that milk powder 2-3 eggs milk and some chocolate powder make a decent protein shake.

          • Chocolate/Milk Powder? Sugar anyone...Eggs keep that to Rocky because if you are using it as a post workout shake it wont work. It simply wont digest as quickly.

              Alright that was just a joke. Anyway, my question is for anybody who has had this happen to them really, but have you ever been hit in the nose so hard that you started sneezing? Is there any solution to that? (Besides, "Try not to get hit in the nose?")

                Jack-That is common it wont be fixed haha, that is about the same as crying when you get hit in the nose...It is just natural.
