thats not very good dude, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I have the ****tiest training days when i dont eat breakfast, and hell even my day all round doesnt seem to fall into place properly when i dont eat breakfast
Scrambled eggs with kale *****ake mushrooms and cherry tomato with some raw milk and maybe half an avocado. breakfast should be focused primarily on fat if you arent training after it. I train first thing in the morning and before training I have a fruit smoothie usually banana and some berries or pineapple.
