I don't even eat breakfast most days. I just have about 3 cups of black coffee over the course of an hour or 2 when I wake up. I won't even consume any calories until about 4 hours after I wake up.
Sometimes I'll go running on an empty stomach to target my body's fat storages, but I'll eat immediately after.
